- In this video i go over the possibilities for chapter 426 of my hero academia more specifically the chance that our favorite hero might already have the Embers of a new flame in OFA. During his battle with AFO Deku made it a point to transfer one for all including all the vestiges yoichi, nana, bruce, kudo, banjo, en, all might, and shinomori. what was left was a quirkless Deku or so we thought. as of chapter 425 of the my hero academia manga we found that deku has the embers of OFA within him. this shouldn't possible if he truely completed the transfer process that destroyed shigarakis body. so if you enjoyed this video give it a like and subscribe!

I think you are on to something. But i think Deku is the new holder for ALL FOR ONE. Imagine being able to fight crime, by taking villans quirks away and giving them to quirkless children around the world. But hey... that's just a theory.
Giving villains quirks to quirkless children around the world could honestly just breed worse villains 😂
I really like this theory, and as jay pointed out it would be a great way to turn the story on its head maybe a vestige posses one of the kids or something!

I hope something is going on. Maybe there has been a misunderstanding of the stockpile and the quirk reaching singularity. Maybe the stockpile had two aspects as it grew. The storage capacity and the charging rate(energy generation). So now even with Izuku giving up all the stored power those "embers" he feels are the quirk recharging already. The stockpile wasn't just energy storage it was self improving battery and generator. Having reached singularity the quirk has become impossible to snuff out as it recharges faster then it can be emptied.
Oh this would be a great way to explain what’s happening!

Ya, that would be awesome.
I think Deku still has the original Stockpiling Quirk that was given to Yoichi. But all other quirks are gone, including Yoichi’s transferring quirk, which was the last thing that was transferred. Yoichi carefully separated his original quirk from the stockpiling quirk so Deku could still be a hero.
Deku’s quirk was once said to be “Superpower” by Eraser when explaining his student quirks to Vlad King. I think that’s what his quirk will be referred as since it’s no longer “One for All” and just the stockpiling quirk.

this is kinda my thoughts too. Cuz dekus goal was tranferring all the OFA users into shigaraki. the original owner of the stockpile wasnt really included with the ofa users
You're right stockpile was a separate quirk with no real user since it was forced into the first user

What if dekus body evolved, like shiggys with the hands thing. Does anyone remember how the doctor told deku how his body had changed, like what if in his dna now one for all existed. Like he just has danger sense and super strong and gets support items to replicate black whip and smoke screen but also naturally has gear shift and the thirds users quirk that I can’t spell

Well I'm conflicted on this:
I wouldn't mind Deku being qurkless as long as he doesn't mind it as well and Uravity being at his side and him being like All Might's police friend still fighting for justice even when quirkless but also I like the idea that OFA is still there and will be usuable when it's needed and will continue to exist to help the people.
A new flame = a new quirk - I have been reading comments saying that what is in him now will be a combination of OFA and AFO which to me so fascinating!.
He made a promise with Tomura:
I paraphrasing here that basically he(Deku) and his friends will make a better and brighter future so that what he(Tomura) and others had to go through would not happen again.
He cannot keep that promise if he's quirkless(powerless) or maybe the creator of the series surprises us and somehow he could.
I think that fist bump happens after they talked.
I would love for him to be the greatest hero, far greater than All Might because he has friends and allies to back him up and depend on also his past experiences coupled with a new and amazing quitk and Uravity being his wife with a child of their own and his father finally showing up in the most peaceful and anti-climatic way 😅
This was really well put, thank you. You’re right if he does end up quirkless there have been a lot of examples of characters that still are important and can help. I think I would be sad for the character of Deku though. His entire dream was to become a hero so if he stays quirkless it’s like he sacrificed his dreams and hopes and although powerful I really hope that’s not the message of the ending ha. Paraphrasing: Self-sacrifice is the biggest measure of a hero - this was mentioned during the hero test when the scores was determined by the hero judges by All Might himself.
Deku did what he had to do to stop AFO even if it means sacrificing his dream as well which to me was a very painful and sad choice but there was no other choice so and now he has come to grips with the reality of being qurkless again.
Now if he is quirkless how is he gonna graduate? Will there be a special exemption because he helped save the world or will he be using the embers for just being able to graduate?
I too want Deku to still be able to fight the villains and help the people while proving he's the greatest hero but it's depends on what the creator wants so we have to wait for other chapters to come out then the final chapter to know for certain.
Horikoshi is a big fan of Batman when he’s not being a fan of Spider-Man. I think Deku will fill the role of Knuckleduster for his generation.
Solid point! Somehow I forgot that! Ha even though all might went full Batman in the last fight between him and AFO ha.
I don't think so, horikoshi originally planned to make deku a quirkless hero but discard it, as he realizes it's realistically impossible for a quirkless hero to catch up with overpowered heroes.
Horikoshi may just give deku a new quirk but how. My best guess is deku father showing up and give him something that could grant superpowers.
This got me thinking, if something was transferred to him, hear me out, what if it was new order? In the anime and manga it was said it destroyed itself attacking afo's quirks, but we see star near the end of the fight. What if, that is the ember transferred? Since it won't work with other quirks and star is similar to all might.
New order would be an amazing “gift” and it would definitely help make up the loss of the OFA quirk
I had a similar idea. The embers in this case still remain eith him, but there is no new weilder.
So the embers are slowly stoking to create another flame. I can already tell the quirk that will come out of it might surpass OFA itself in terms of power.
The thought of AFO being free of his influnce and used for good is nice. Or we could get a new quirk entirely though I'm curious if that would create a singularity.

I think when the refer the ofa as embers it brings the possibility that the quirk is similar to a flame and flames grow with fule and the fuel Bing quirks so I think that if deku trys to pas on the embers to someone else and they pass it one like that ofa embers can be rekindled into a new flame, tell me what you think
The battle of good and evil will never end, but there will always be something Gray. This could be the start of the new generation for all for one and one for all.
It makes sense considering the fact that deku also once transferred his quirk to bakogu and he still got it back and horikoshi would most prob be continuing the series as well and also wants it to be popular so I also think he wont lose his powers. but also he will have something of a new variation of his powers. but anyways brilliant video!

It’s possible that OFA went back to Deku since Shigaraki was dying so it rejected him.

Great theory. I think it would've been better or made more sense to have Deku have a quirk originally and have that quirk transferred back to him at the end. But a new quirk or Quirk singularity stockpile being born from the embers of OFA would be a really dope.
Thanks I agree though. If he had a quirk stolen and given back it would of been a huge payoff for Deku especially since being quirkless caused so much trouble for him growing up!
My theory is that's the basis of OFA is still inside deku, and since the power was transfered to shigaraki and back to deku. Deku is actually x4 stronger without the extra qurks. see as OFA make the user and the extra quirks stronger each transfer.
I like that theory! You’re right it would theoretically be easier for him to function without the other quirks “weighing him down” wear and tear wise
I have a theory as well, that there was only a transfer of 8 vestige during the fight, there is still All Might left who was never a full part of OFA what if when All might do dies. Deku gets the full power of All might? just the raw power. he would become the new symbol of peace, this would also explain why All Might was kept alive way longer than he is supposed to (at least according to how he was supposed to die few hundred chapters before)

Somethings can never be lost
Its clearly explained, that although while transferring the quirk, there is always leftover "stockpiled" energy in the previous user. my Theory is, Deku still has NEW ORDER, and NEW ORDER is slowly and gradually "healing" using deku's left over energy. in time he will be able to use NEW ORDER.

My personal theory is that it’s Deku’s original quark that was taken at birth
If it was taken he wouldn't be able to get it back

Insane theory but what if he had float? I saw a really interesting theory WAAAAAY back in the day saying dekus mom could be related to nana. But I’m just going full cope with that ha
@@BIGTIMEWEEBDAD that would be kind of funny. The other theory is she said his dad has a fire quark. So even more outlandish theory is he's related to endeavor (like endeavor is his cousin or something).
A better story arc would've been to let Deku keep his power and then have an arc where all for one is being cloned
Oh I would of liked that. I grew up during the original DBZ era where they had the OVA’s with clones and stuff so that would be cool to get like “AFO reborn” type stuff.
@@BIGTIMEWEEBDAD yep and then you could actually have a real training Ark with Deku and it turns out that one for all didn't disappear rather it accumulated into a smaller source and it can grow stronger than before. Because it would have transferred from the main villain back to Deku thus making one for all twice as powerful. And we could finally get some Transformations that would be cool I know people don't really like the idea of a buff daku but I feel like it's mainly just an aesthetic thing that shows the characters progression

I think that maybe if dekus og quirk was stollen maybe sum like fire bending as his mom has telekinesis and his dad can breathe fire maybe during the fist bump he transferred not only his original quirk but also one for all back to him hence why he can feel the embers and he might also be feeling literal embers hence why im dubbing it ember
I like that! It would be insane to see what he could do with flames that he can control. Plus it could give him and shoto a reason to train together

To be fair. We have never seen what happens to ofa If the next wielder dies right after obtaining it. For all we know, if deku died in season 1, all mights embers might have reignited. Deku's embers could be reigniting.

I really hope Deku isn't quirkless after all this. That would really bum me out. I haven't started the new season yet, just seen clips and searched stuff up as i don't mind spoilers, and honestly, if he's lost his powers and is quirkless now i think that would make me lose motivation to finish the series. What you makes sense though, don't know how Deku could be the number one hero and be the best when he isn't a hero anymore
My only thing about your theory is that all might had one for all after he gave it to Deku. I hope he isnt quirkless but its bot concrete yet

It could literally be that AFO had dekus original quirk and due to being weakened or some other writing BS his original quirk found it's way back to him somehow. In that situation the word "Ember" would also make sense. Essentially some form of pyrokenes if so, imagine black whip but with the potential to do damage, move flames, put them out or shape them etc. Just a shot in the dark.
I have a question why would shigaraki transfer Ofa back to Deku ?
Spoilers: In the latest chapter they (all might and Deku) speculate that tenko/ shigi must have understood the plan as he did his part from within so the hope is that he also had some kind of change of heart and decided to be a hero at the end and gave OFA or some mixture of it back to DEku. Just a theory though.

In that case he could either have the previous abilities or be able to be given abilities by his classmates
What if shigi transferred the remaining embers of Stars and Stripes…. Whatever power was left over…
Also I don’t believe MHA is over … I think we might actually see the class A graduation down the line and their fights aren’t over… Deku father is a villain… and other Villains are going to be on the move now that AFO is out of the picture… they’ll be looking for someone to fill the power gap while most of the top brass out of commission

That could be true. I’m basing a lot of it on the fact that Deku some how managed to control the transferring and going off of what yoichi stated. But that’s what makes it fun :)
Wouldn't this mean that deku would be able to have a successor? If this new "power" is still fresh and new then that would mean that it won't effect someone who has a quirk too much , the reason why it was so risky to transfer one for all to someone with a quirk was because of how overpowered its become but this new quirk is fresh and new

I have an issue with one for all that makes me think they understand it wrong
From it's name
It is supposed to be a one to many just the exact opposite from all for one which means many to one
So it is supposed that when it is one to many that means when one shares it he doesn't lose it !
What made all might lose it was his injuries as he said at the beginning to Izuku before giving it to him
He said that he will lose it any way & can't maintain his form for too long
So all might was already losing the ability to use one for all due to his injuries not due to him giving it to izuku & after his fight with all for one he his body couldn't take it anymore not that he lost the power tottaly
What izuku has lost for sure is the quirks of the previous 6 users but not the initial body enhancing quirk which was the only quirk all might was using
So he still can reach this far just with that quirk without the other six
(Most of them weren't strong but together they made a flying spiderman)

I doubt it honestly. The ofa quirk itself was only weakened cause of how emaciated all might became and when he was weakened ofa wasn't weakening as long as he didn't go over his 3 hour limit. In fact it never got weaker until he gave it to deku. The only thing that reduced was the amount of time all might could do hero work. Not the actual quirk itself
@@reflect5161 that is because the quirk itself (which is like an ignite of power) is no longer with him so that is why he started to lose it's ability faster
His connection with One for all which ignited his body & enhanced it more than normal was lost but also it happened due to the serious fights he got into after giving izuku the quirk
It just went faster
While in Izuku's case he doesn't have any serious injuries & yes for sure the ignite which made One for all special than other quirks & the rest of the 6 quirks r gone
But its main quirk is still functional because nothing is affecting his body like the case of all might
There is another example that is Katsuki himself almost lost the ability to use his quirk in his right hand & some of his body due to his injuries & if they r not treated then he will not be able to use it without losing it & damaging his body for ever
So losing Quirks due injury is a thing in the concepts of the story
This is why i usually supported the idea that All might lost it only due to his injuries not because he gave it to izuku
@@yousefsaeed1151 yeah but like that's deadly wrong. Bakugo can use his quirk just fine. He just isn't supposed to. It isn't reliant on if he's hurt. As long as he can sweat he can use his quirk, no matter how hurt he gets. Not to mention deku did officially lose ofa once in the movie, he did use it's embers and run out of them. So no you do eventually run out of the embers. He only got it back because one for all decided to stay with him. As shown in the manga they can choose to stay with deku. Either way my point is, deku did officially run out of embers before. That kinda debunks this whole thing.

there has already been precedent for Deku to keep OFA, in Heroes Rising. He transfers to Bakugo, but OFA decides against leaving him quirkless and shares, but doesn't transfer to Bakugo in a permanent style. Leaving Deku as the continued holder of OFA. It could have happened here, since it was already played like that on paper before.
