It's really cool to see people growing their own food. It would be great if more people acquired this habit. In addition to improving our health by consuming healthier foods, we contribute to preserving our planet by reducing the use of pesticides. Lucy is a natural little video creator!!! Awesome harvest too!!!!! Mine did great this year too! I planted 11 slips and got almost 70 lbs of sweet potatoes!
Thanks! I’m going to have to start paying her to help record our videos, she’s getting pretty good with the camera. I didn’t weigh our potatoes yet but I know it was crazy heavy to carry the bin of them. Did you grow them in the ground or in deeper raised beds?

I grew mine in the ground but my rows are mounded up about 18 inches. They were mainly 8n the loose soil. I dug down deeper but they were all in the mounded up row. I was so pleased with them! Wish i could share a picture of them with you!
