I just got my hood sticker today. A bit nervous doing the dry apply as demonstrated here. Wouldn't using Rapid Tac be better?

How do you prevent the decal from being uneven. It seems you just set it down and it's even. Is the dry way as good as the soap and water wet way to do this, or is dry just as good and just as easy? Not sure this is as easy as it looks?.
Do the magnets come with the decals?
