► Recipe and ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
fry in vegetable oil
1 carrot, grate
Dice the chicken breast fillets
Salt, pepper, Provencal herbs
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Fry for 7 minutes
300 g of pasta
500 ml of water
simmer gently over medium heat (cook for 10-15 minutes)
