If Chef Alan only knew how many decorators (myself included) are so thankful for him and all he teaches. Many many groups I'm in, so many decorators credit him for most everything they have learned . His teaching style is just right, not to fast or slow, he explains things well and always gives options and alternatives. It doesn't matter if it's something you may have done many times, Chef always teaches a little something more you may not have known. I'm so very thankful for the uploads. 🤗
