Non-skid Anti-slip Paint - Cabela's Rugged Grip

Cabela’s Rugged Grip is a light-duty waterborne non-slip coating that is designed to increase traction, safety, and durability on a variety of surfaces both indoor and outdoor. It is highly effective in wet environments, resists chemicals, and is easy to apply and clean.
Rugged Grip is engineered to solve a variety of problems at the industrial, commercial, and residential levels. It has a high coefficient of friction in wet and dry conditions. For best performance, ensure that the surface is prepared correctly for epoxy application, and apply nonslip topcoats to the correct substrate-dependent primer system.
Cabela’s Rugged grip is designed for use on the following (recommended to use a correct primer):

• Fiberglass

• Asphalt

This looks just like the non-skid we had on my Destroyer back in my Navy days. Probably the same materials.
