My name is Eithan Layton. Im 17 years old and Proverbs is my favorite book. I watched this video because I wanted to hear the book from someone elses perspective. I reached out on my own.

I just wish more kids from my generation would have a relationship with God.

Janie Layton, you bring so much joy to my heart. I feel blessed when I hear someone so young seeking wisdom through holy scriptures. May I add? That, I am in the profound belief, that Jesus led you to this video. God bless you and your entire family in splendid abundance.

Thankyou excellent explanations of the book of Proverbs 🙏✝️👌Also that Wisdom is often referred to as a "She" but more than that Wisdom is a person... "Christ". Christ has become for us Wisdom from God and without receiving Christ WISDOM'S Worth and Value can never be realised

I definitely want to see where it's not an issue to drink hard liquor or to get drunk obviously he didn't hear the part about be careful of strong drink the only time you're supposed to drink a little heavier wine is to settle your stomach that's because of an ailment I see nothing in scripture about carrying on a buzz but we all have a debate don't we may God bless this man for this teaching and may God show him his true wisdom

Good sermon, but I found myself troubled by the illustration on alcohol. The lost world needs to see Christians as Holy (set apart) and a pastor praising brewery's was discouraging

It was a very good sermon until you used whiskey to make an illustration. You lost my interest at that point.

I agree with gaining wisdom through humility sacrifice and service but i struggle applying this when i interact with people who are clearly ignorant and only see their point of view as correct, how is one suppose to be humble when faced with ignorant biggots who are prideful and uncomprimising?

I'd start with learning what Prov 26:4-5 means, George.
