This haircut tutorial will explain how to cut a skin fade with easy steps. The model in this video has straight/wavy hair. I cut the hair down on top with a #3 guard and cut a skin fade to blend into that. I also give him a lineup. If you are a beginner, this video will show you the necessary steps in order to achieve this look.
Welcome to DueTT’s Barber Style Directory. This channel will be bringing you tutorials on all of the latest and trending hairstyles. Our videos will especially be helpful for beginner barbers, or anyone looking to learn how to cut different hairstyles.

Do the babyliss guards fit the wahl taper senior?
jose ramirez They fit on my Wahl Legends so I would assume they would. Not 100% sure though
I like your video bro i would like to ask you if you can do a basic mohawks tutorial thanks
Dagoberto Soriano ok thanks for the video suggestion
It was bro. I'm still trying to get better at blending my fades. The way you explain things really does help
So far i can do the bald guidelines 😃 im so excited!! As a mom of a 7 year old.
You have the best tutorials on youtube. I love how simple you make the videos. Anyone can understand them. Those Babyliss trimmers cut like trash though. The razor made the lining crispy.
Bro, I just happened on your chan and saw two videos. Dude, you show the fade in an easy to understand manner and I needed to stop and thank you! No disrespect to other barbers teaching this but they use a ton of steps and yours is just as effective and straight to the point. This 9 minute video was way better than a lot of 30 min videos I have seen. I don't know you but I am very grateful!
Easiest fading tutorial! Thank you!
This is Arthur that was a great hair cut god gave talent to you have a wonderful day
I am learning a lot from your videos thanks
Keep up the great work, brotha! Great video!
I like this cut, for me I lose a little confidence when I make my guide lines and have the bulk left over. But you gave me help with how you deal with it thanks Brother!
This is the easiest fading method!! I love it so much
What I like from you is your explanation you are a real teacher 🙏🙏👌👌❤
Thank you, I really appreciate your tutorials 😍❤
Finally a video with someone that has the same hair texture as me! Thanks a lot bro! Great video easy to follow
Really , your video has been incredibly helpful. Keep them coming !
Nice cut ✂️ 👌🏾
Just found and subscribed to your channel and love watching your videos
Easy and great process. Easy blending! Thanks Thomas!!
Respect sir 🙌
Definitely think it is an easy process to fade clean. I personally prefer the no guideline style of fading. Great 👍🏽 job as always.
I appreciate your videos bro thank you thank you!! Can I ask you to maybe point with your comb when you are showing us which lines you’re attacking during your blend? I know it takes a trained eye to see the detailing and I have to admit I’m not there yet.
Straight forward my brother 🔥🔥💈💯
Good work!
By far one of the best tutorials, that fade was blurry. Keep up the awesome tutorials we are learning a lot from you

Imtiaz imi thanks!
What if you don’t have the 1.5 guard? talking about the Andis Masters specifically, thanks for the content!
Sick bro just sick damn!!!!
Doing barbering myself been struggling with the skin fade this is the easiest way to blend tho 🤩
Awesome👏👍
Very nice Bro
Teach me so much bro 🔥🔥 new sub
It's straight forward. I just need to know if I can use a Wahl Taper 2000 to do this, or should I buy a different clippers? And if I buy a different machine, which brand and what type?
When we clean the fade with the 1,5 guard , is the lever open or closed?
Thanks for teaching me
Excelent, amazing cut. 👌🏻
Great cut!!
Thanks!
awesome video man! keep more coming!
Nice cut Bro!!! Thank You✌🏾
You're Welcome!

Great job bro
You did it. Thanks for the breakdown..

👍Nice!
Nice cut, been subbed to the channel for a minute. I’m definitely going to try this method next. Can we get a quick video on how you set your liners ? I already know how but curious to see your way
Byron B thanks for being a loyal subscriber! And yes I’ll do a video on that
What size is a 1 1/2 and a 1/2 guard? Sorry for the dumb question...
Great video man
Justin Campbell thanks!
Nice cut ......amazing
obasuyi zeref thanks!
Nice cut jus wonderin if u made any modifications on ur clippers? Thank u
The clippers aren't modified at all. I just slightly adjusted the trimmers, but they're not zero gapped.
Excelint
He went in on that hauling because one side was very light patch sometimes u gotta go in especially if you don't wanna use enchantments

🔥🔥🔥💥💥💥
Nice cut brother, how do you like the babyliss trimmer?
Juan Cordova I think they work better on fine hair and straight hair, but they’re pretty solid once you get them set right
Please tell me nr of the guards from the start to end🙏
How long exactly it takes the whole process?
This haircut usually takes me about 30-35 minutes with the lineup included. If you’re starting out it may take longer, but you will get faster over time
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️cut❤️
*Niiiiiiiiiiice* ♥♥♥♥♥
NATALIE HARRIS thanks!
Pretty easy but your other method where you go from 0 to 1 and 1/2 to 3 is easier
That’s more a high skin fade
