S.T.A.L.K.E.R Anomaly: Expedition - Entering Radar to disable, The Brain Scorcher!

- Welcome to the episode where I, Mr Feudal the Stalker of the Zone, try and disable the Monolith Brain Scorcher! We start out back at the base in the Military Warehouses and set out with a SPAS-12 and an AEK with Suppressor and Sight. We encounter a Monolith raid but subdue them with ease, only to be greeted by Zombies and more Monolith goons as we pass into the Radar. Arriving at the first check point and engaging multiple Monolith soldiers and then shortly after, encountering the main camp of the Monolith goons, surrounding the entrance of the Brain Scorcher.

Just a little tip, when you're fighting Monolith, if you hear one say "vrag monolita", they're about to toss a grenade. Also, that gun you hear at about 21:20 is a gauss rifle. It's kind of like a rail gun and is usually a one shot kill. It's incredibly accurate, extremely powerful, and has a hell of a range, so be sure and take cover asap when you hear it.
My dude, you were there looking at the lever to disable the BS when you were on the catwalk way at the back and just before you fell into that big vat and thought you'd killed yourself. You just didn't notice the lever was clickable. Awesome vid!!!

I find that humans are a lot easier to fight at night when they give their positions away with headlamps (though not universally!) and you can get an ability-to-see advantage on them using night vision.
No you were not bleeding. Bottom left corner shows radiation symbol so radiation damage. Had the same problem...lol. Lots of rad meds needed for this.😉

Lol total chaos, I did the same thing when I first went in lol, shame it's not live you would of seen that you where right there. You did well to stay alive coming in to radar from that direction. It's easier to come in from the east side though.

17:07 Bandages are wrost thing for bleeding control.... Best u take Morphine shot that I learned during wiping Monolith NPP control center... without it I wont be able to do that I guess.....it remain active for around 1500 secs... till then u can usually wipe out the whole post. I mean in major post takeover u got to take morphine shot... and forgot about bullet hits if u have good armour. Like I repaired a Monolith ExoSkelton for 100,000 RU but guess it worth it... though u cant sprint in that but ith good scope gun u all good. With two plates at belt slot u can take lot of bullets before your health go down danger level. I usually wore one Steel Plate and one Kevlar plate. And usually carry two guns... one bolt action sniper rifle (7.62 x 54 mm) ... other auto rifle Galil AR that fire 7.62 x 51 mm ball shots for close encounters. Bolt Action seems like slo rifle but its powerful rifle at close encounter or far range shooting. It has a very Magnifying scope (best one) And once a guy got shot with it it got paralysed for a sec or two... and it that time your gun get reloaded... so not that a problem. I mean if u hit a guy with it ...he wont be able to shoot u before your round get loaded again. Not the case with small calibres I guess. But both M4A1 and AK 4N are good gun too for close encounters or for grenade launch in emergency situation like for controller or Pheudogaint ...One grenade shot enough for them. :)

47:52 Hmmmm Is that a lever on that console....lol and pick up all the ammo you can. I picked up over 65 badges in this mission.
I know you probably know by now as it has been a couple of months, but just in case, you don't have to separate a bottle of water each time you want to drink. Just right click and click drink. Your character will always only drink one bottle. It'll save you time seeing as you were bleeding out in the middle of a firefight lol
I got to see this.... cleared whole monolith gang from Radar but couldn't find way to brain scorcher thing....I guess its some underground way from that psy radiation building gone there too... but escaped very narrowly... guess my psy helmet not up to its mark. It worked at NPP though. And I had that psy helmet from ecologist... that too the best one but still that building radiation too much for it too. Lets see ho u get there. :)
Hellooo could u pls share the settings n filters u use? I’m not really into these kind of games cos there super scary to me but u made me wanna play it n now I am suffering but I luv it 😅 but I wanna make it look pretty! Luv when u play stalker btw this is one of me favourite series n I always look forward to it! x
how do you get to radar without having the psi too high, gear needed etc.. I disabled the miracle machine in Yantar and I have the calibrated helmet but still get this message and the dizziness effect in red forest and radar ...
I am in survival mode but cant get past the door with code any ideas?. Neither did i get the psy helm because the quest doesnt show
32:35 in the original game even this area is SCARY. Also the guy is in the 2nd tower, firing suppressed.

It's kind of funny because you skipped the Miracle Machine and went to the next hardest reactor to shut down.

Man, I like that mod you'reusing which is Stalker: GAMMA mod.
The problem is that shite mod won't work and I gave up installing it for 5 times.
For me to really enjoy Stalker.
I might have to wait for Stalker 2: Official.
How did you get the backpack animation to work? It would always crash my game going to my inventory so I had to drag that script out of the files now it just opens my inventory no problem, but no cool animation

I try not to go into radar without at least 500 rounds of ammunition, but preferably 1000 rounds
If I am not mistaken those chimeras cannot hurt you. The problem is to distinguish chimeras from real ones.
31:30 YES!! This Bunker thing flashed in my game too there.... But slipped from my mind during fight. Maybe this should be the way rather than from that far away building. It flashed that I got remember yes it flashed on that location in my game too... I was outside that wall btw. So it must be somewhere here inside.... And I have been wandering here for last two days to find way after clearing the gang... I mean I slept here too last night in one of the house.... smile ... And yes its across that sign too So maybe some underground way from here. ...Anyway lets see where it is if i have come too see you here. :)
And one or two Monlith came today too but they just too unlike last afternoon. :)
And btw u dint encountered Controller or PheusdoDogs yet. I encountered them on the way here. Controller Boss I finished with just grenade.. I guess I threw 7-8 grenades...poor controller couldn't even have time to see who is throwing those grenades. It was that bend where flash anomaly was blinking before first sand bags. I just keep on throwing them one after another at corner. Guess last 34 grenade blasted him off. And that's how I killed Controller of MAgical machine or whatever it was... just with grenades. I mean he don't let u shoot man. Either u lay mines or throw or shoot grenades. For me that was the easy or maybe only way. :)

Shit !!! ... That boggie.... Smile... Okay I saw it ...and I was looking god knows where not. 🤭😁😂 Okay so all is left to explore is Monolith Headquater Base... What Pipiyat thing? I am gonna make my base there. And I do wear Monolith ExoSkelton with there badge... but everybody recognize u are Ecologist... I mean they sometime taunt that everybody know about your disguise...but never shoot even by chance. And Monolith always knows better. Now guess they so pissed with me that they sending their troops on daily basis to my base in empty house in Army warehouse territory. I mean in start they never visit there... they though sometime attack barrier or Army Warehouse Post though. But now they seems to be concentrating at my base.

I believe he is using the Expedition mod. I am using the same.
I believe it's the Expedition mod pack/reshade. Just search "expedition" in Anomaly's ModDB Add-ons section.

How GPU intensive is Anomaly ?
I have the disc version of the game, but I play it through Steam. Still I can't take screenshot (Guess Geforce is the only one I can use with this game with ALT+F1 while with Condemned I can take screenshot with F12).
But I still have only the first version of the game. No HUD or look like this, even when I play the latest version of the game through Steam. Also with the patch on the disc version, I still have the same HUD and look, so far from the settings you have here.

I have so far killed around 700 stalkers... among them 500 will just be Monolith... rest most Mecenary... I mean before becoming Ecologist I had fight with them... cleared there Dead City base 3-4 times. Now they are friend and best thing I killed there Technician first day... so That workshop is mine now free to use... Its just u cant buy anything there but free to work anytime. But guess workshop thing is mostly useless... better get your thing repaired from Technician... Thats easier and not so costly way either contrary to what I was told.
Please repair your armor it’s as good as gone
