Today we find a place to live, that means we need to lcoate some materials and we need to locate some flat ground to start the foundations of a base which will last this wipe! We arent doing anything super modular for now, whilst we have limited materials and resources, the first thing we need is a shelter. Easy to build and simple to use!

A couple items of note in that sector. South of the quarry along the rail road track between the tunnels is a natural spring well for water.
Small farm stead south of that well has a vehicle spawn in it. And Tisno on the coast with the Mechs to the south has a boat spawn behind the civilian dock with gas pumps.
Small coastal town south of that abandoned bunker the island in the bay has a wwII bunker, a second along the coast east of that (two bays east of the bridge. And a third wwII bunker along the east west road that is between Tisno and the A 3 small coastal town, over looks the small coastal town to the north east at the vary top of the hill.

You should check out the B4 island, north of safe zone, WWII bunker and a crashed ship to loot. Patial wipe from last update stranded me on the island, it took about two weeks to build a small raft, 3x loot, but I had 5 improvised chest full of loot that I i sold after getting a real boat. I now have a base on the island. Down side is that metal only comes from the 4 trash piles so it's hard to collect.
Lived there a couple of years ago, build big raft and sale to trader plenty of metal there
19:33 And you should be able to make a nice 50-ish ABV liquid cake with that yeast. It won't taste pretty but it will do the job.
Also just a small reminder for anyone who doesn't remember, you can craft nails and bolts with a workbench (drill press) if you have scrap metal

I hope they bring zoom back to the compound bow. It's taking a while for me to get used to not having it. I must have went through over a thousand scum bucks worth of arrows earlier taking out 1 chicken. I chased that thing all over creation. The goat I found a little later wasn't so hard. He was trapped in the fence of a yard in the B2 town so that helped.

I get what you are saying about getting hit in the torso but you actually use a lot of abdominal muscles to pull a bow back. It's not just arms
More the back and shoulder muscles, similar action to having a yawn and a stretch
You can drag the box the old way within your base area, but not anywhere else. So, you had to carry it because your flag wasn’t finished.

Also, maybe the torso hit strength drop is getting the wind knocked out of you? Or a liver shot or something?
I don't have a PO Box because some of these losers scared me with the mention of a certain AirTag (Attempting to source my location) - Thank you though man! As for the strength drop, it's just how the game is now, inflicted damage has more than just HP effects and I'm still not used to it.

you can build half walls mate, can't you?? pretty sure they are in the build menu....at least they used to be i've built half walls around the balcony of my base in the past
You can, but they are modular base building elements. What he wants is half walls that you can place on the ground and upgrade to barbed wire
