This was the best TV romance ever, in my mind. Pierce Brosnan is in my top three greatest actors and Stephanie Zimbalist HAS to be THE greatest actress ever! I loved this show so much. I want a romance just like theirs: partners, friends, passionate but take care of each other and laugh too - it's all so sweet. Just perfect.
To me pierce is in the top 2 actors of his generation...possibly the greatest...love his modesty..she is excellent as well...
I love this show, Both Laura Holt and Remington Steele were good, but Stephanie Zimbalist as Laura Holt was awesome

I read on a post that there was lots of talk of doing a spinoff back in 2013 as a comedy with the lead being their daughter Olivia.
@@nygirl7195 that is correct but now they planning on a few tv movies they had originally wanted to do this years ago but now they are doing to do it
That would be fun as long as it has the same chemistry and romantic excitement. Lots of shows are doing reboots now.

Her daughter is very much like her father in many ways it be more her show Remington her father will living in Hawaii at times with his wife laura but she spents time with their daughter they are planning on doing everything without her husband he only make phone calls from Hawaii
What company or network is working on this idea? I haven't read anything about it. Very interesting for sure for us die hard fans.
