Kowloon Delight Chinese Restaurant Review - Richmond Foodie (Recommended)

Here is my review of a recent lunch I had at Kowloon Delight Restaurant, located at #2170 - 8788 McKim Way, Richmond. It is inside Cosmo Plaza. It is a fairly newly opened restaurant with some staff from the Red Star Seafood Restaurant. It serves traditional Cantonese cuisine.
