Wow, definitely an underrated channel. There isn't all this pointless filler like there is in other travel channels, and your commentary is focused and feels like it's moving the video forward.
Amazing video, congrats! You missed a few great spots near the Ladadika area of the city centre where most clubs and restaurants are, and definitely should have tried more food since Thessaloniki is the one of (if not) the best places for food in Greece. Worth a visit was also the east part of the city, e.g. Kalamaria and Peraia.
Great video! Good work showing the jewel I]of Thessaloniki. My only concern is what happened after drinking so much coffee and eating croissants every day 😂💩
Great video and tour. Alas! a non-Greek language person who pronounced "Ayia Sofia" properly, kicking aside Erasmus' ubiquitous fantasy pronounciation _ 'hagia sofia'.
thks! my pb still stands at 20 espressos in one sitting on a very dull boxing day - but far from making me energetic it just made me queasy and very short tempered 😆 doubt i could manage that now tho, i was a younger man then
Linkin Park are so influential. I like that rotunda a lot! And the ever-looming Olympus is wonderful. I enjoyed the irony at the Detox Café too, I hope it's unintentional. Meteora looks incredible! It seems like an abstract Mt Rushmore by the restaurant. I love the montage of shots at the end of the vid, so beautiful. I still can't understand why you hate Greece so much;) I do hope you wash your vintage comedy box sets between watches.
@@ForestArchaicCollective I mean, yeah, public transportation in Thessaloniki is trash so makes sense. You see buses appear 30 mins late. Buses full of people (because they put small buses on lines that need biggger ones). It's a mess! But, yeah, makes sense you didn't use the network except from that.
there were some, all incredibly docile, a combination of the heat & maybe a lack of stimulation means they are either asleep most of the time or moving around very slowly and non-committally yh - would be astonished if they gave you (or your dog) any trouble at all (but also yes, when i was there they seemed to be entirely outnumbered by cats & pigeons)
My friend, don't call the city Thessa.Nobady does that. It's rong and it sounds weird.Nice video though about my hometown.👍Next time make sure you visit the beaches at the east side outside the city.
yh this is the embarassing thing 😅 i always tell myself we'll have a decent night out, but by the time you've had a full shooting day, usually starting at 6am - you're a bit of a wreck after dinner suffice to say when we were out in the evenings there were quite a lot of bars, particularly along Tsimiski st. & near the waterfront but didn't see where the clubs were at
The best of Thessaloniki , the more I see this lace, the more I want to live there
One of the best travel vids I’ve found! Thanks
Thks!
really interesting drum n bass channel
speedy unique approach to a travel video
thks!
Wow, finally a great, informative video with a spark of comedy! I wouldn't mind for an hour version, you are entertaining!
thks!

Fantastic, fun, intriguing, informative and useful - as always!
Awesome video!! The best of Thessaloniki I've seen thus far. Love your personality. Keep the videos coming!

@@ForestArchaicCollective you're welcome.
I watch alot of travel vids and have to say yours are really fun.

yh our greek is v. hit&miss - glad i got some of it right!
Meteora is crazy. No drone footage there? Love the golden light you often used.
yh annoyingly there's a big no fly zone around it (i know there's drone footage out there so clearly people found a way)
If I learned something from this video it's that you're a coffee addict xD
how dare you be entirely accurate!
Great stuff. Would love to hear you attempt a Greek intro!
My favourite European city. I miss it.
How do you even sleep after so many freddo espressos dude! I would be shaking if I were you. Great video though !

How many double espressos does it take you to start the day 😂😂
Sad that the train network in Greece sucks, also the government spent the money on the road infrastructure as you saw in the video.
Is 01X more expensive than all the others? Regular ticket cost 0.90 € so how come?
Might be because its the airport bus? So its going further out than just the suburban area
Idk
@@ForestArchaicCollective Yes but 2K and 3K going to IKEA is still the regular ticket.
@@astergios8659 yh not sure, we did most of the city on foot we didnt make use of the network apart from to/from the airport

Sorry to bother you, but have you seen any stray dogs? Are they annoying? I have a dog with me... thanks

There is nothing to see just the chinese own port!

Please consider removing the background music. It’s such a fantastic video just with you as a narrator.
pls no
Terrible music
how many times dö you want to start the day
