There's just something about this song.
It is so great that I think even John himself can't top it.
Mayer said it in an interview, "There are songs that I write, that are to my abilities, and sometimes I write a song that's beyond my ability, 3X5 is one such song"

@@iamrichlol I guess because it's about seeing the world and seeing it through your own eyes, and not a camera. I guess Lorraine has been to the Grand Canyon and remembers it fondly.

Recently went on vacation to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon and this song was on repeat in my brain. I saw him at Shoreline in Mtn View last year and loved the effects behind him
