Very excited for this series!
I wanna see more content like this in our community! Thank u!
Thank you for producing this series. I'm new to 3D and am excited about learning and improving my skills. From very hot Texas, USA.
That’s great to hear! Planning on having a couple of new videos out very soon. Take care!
Awesome, looking forward to it
Been loving this channel and I look forward to this series! Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much! Hopefully we'll have more good content coming up soon
Gracias
This is great I’ve been wanting to do a series like this but I guess you beat me to it.
Thanks! In any case, if you ever feel like recording something similar I'm sure it will be still useful. The more information available the better
@@skyboundrc thanks I’ll keep it in mind. and I’m so glad to see someone else say that using the right airframes makes things easier. IMO there a so called 3D planes that are actually harder for the beginner.
Thank you for these tutorials. Sim-reluctant, I'm practicing with a sub-250grs (32') foamie in a nearby public park for the moment, then I will buy a right 3D plane later on ...
Fantastic! Best of luck!
your videos are very helpful, good job man. I've been flying edfs most of the time but I want to get started with 3d . what airplane do you recommend? is the eflite extra 330 good ?
Hi! Sorry I missed your question! The newest Eflite Extra could be a good affordable option, yes. With more budget, something like the new Extreme Flight 49" models would be the best you can probably get.
What PC do you recommend or use for the Flight sim? Thank you. Just got a OMP hobby 540 edge and it's a little trickier than expected lol
I just use a mid-tier windows PC. Pretty much anything that would work for simple video games should work for Real Flight
@skyboundrc thanks! I really enjoy the content. Keep it coming👍
IMHO... Gyros are most useful taking the wing-rocking out of smaller planes... (In Harriers)
Did you get that Extra NG on the swap pages or does it come with one of the newer versions of RF? Second question, how does it fly compared to the yak and PAU Edge that come with RF ? Is it realistic or just floaty like a lot of the Extreme flight planes people make for the sim ?
Swap pages. I am not on my pc right now, but I’ll share the link soon. I haven’t tried the PAU, but I’ll give it a try and let you know.
@wareagleA5 I just did a quick test of the PAU and that felt really bad to me, almost like flying a kite. From the included ones, I think I'd pick the Yak.
The one I'm using is this one: forums.realflight.com/index.php?resources/extreme-flight-extra-ng-104_ea.28449/
Definitely not perfect and still a bit floaty, but I think overall it works pretty well.
@@skyboundrc thanks for the help. It's nice to have an experienced pilot to give his guidance. I would pay to see you go through the setup of a 3D plane, balance, trim, mixing. Patreon bro!
@@wareagleA5 no problem! The plan is to cover as much of that type of content as possible over time and make it available for free as a way to contribute to the community and promote the hobby :-)
Could you share the link for the Extra NG please?
