I love that the jokes about him being the true 4th anniversary festival are actually true. Even after Ban gets buffed, I don’t see him coming anywhere close to LR Lostvayne.

Lostvayne is probably as good as or better than Ban at killing an enemy turn 1, he can tank better, he has an AOE, he’s better at ult rushing, and since he isn’t debuff reliant, he works in pve. He can also crit without some special condition and he can do damage even while disabled by red Tarmiels’s grace. Ban can do very little that Meli can’t, but Meli can do plenty that Ban can’t. Why does Ban exist again?

Yo we really forgot how fun lostvayne is huh...
- Passive skill is simple and easy to understand (unlike new festival units these days)
- no overly complicated gimmicks
- his attack anims is unique
- being able to hit lv3s after lv3s back to back is hella fun
- and his ult still does a lot

dev logic be like: ban is too strong cause he can one shot an enemy turn one, so we need to balance him by making him use two different single targets to make it happen. Meanwhile lost vane just going brrrrr with an infect aoe and a single target stronger than ban.

Try Sigurd over Estarossa. Not only prevent buff loss, but also gaining massive buffs instead + lowering enemy

10:00 I was literally just testing UR level 100 lostvayne in the preview mode against the level 1 training dummy, and his ult deadass did between 969k-1.01m damage. This is with 6 cards, full max stat 15% ur atk+crit gear, max cosmetics, and a 6/6 ultimate.
LR meli did the same thing in UNGEARED with only 1 card, albeit on an encroached Margaret.
I can't wait to get him LR.

11:30 i believe he only gets the buff if his cards get ranked up because of being crit on. Though i dont understand why it's a limit of 5 times, since cards can only rank up twice.

The really good thing is that LV meli is going to stay good for a while like easy 3 to 6 months he’s going to stay extremely relevant because yes he can be power crept by newer characters but he’s now just going to be that base line unit for insane damage in my opinion his damage out put is better then purgatory meli because he can just do flat out more damage faster his ult now is like a new fests ult it’s insane I don’t really know what team to put him in tho I was thinking light lizz with ban and Tristan as a back unit for extra defence stats from ban and attack related stats from Tristan and lizz

@@renftw7238 I mean I really don't care about dbb since I already got all holy relics in the game including Nidhoggr but yeah his gonna be fun to use In bird or dogs because of his new LR Passive Incase you don't know, increase 10% att related stats for 3 turns every time his cards ranked up(limit to 5 times)

He only gets the attack buff when his cards are ranked up so if you only have gold cards for him and he gets crit it doesn't do anything for him

This LR buff for chars is BY FAR the BEST update we ever got. Hopefully netmarble keeps up with this, I dont even care they sell the packs, or if its hard to farm, its 100% worth it hope this balancing keeps this good pace.
It’s basically an EZA haha, arguably one of the the best Dokkan Upgrades so for sure it’s great for GC
@@DragonRyuken777 I dont play dokkan but bro, we were asking for exactly that and after FOUR YEARS we got it man, this is the best moment in GC since LV first came out and ruined with the ult rush and fes only pvp. Hopefully they keep this cap at 73-76k CC max for each LR and every char will have a great fighting chance in the future.

@@DragonRyuken777 hahahaha yeah man, she might be a problem... I have no idea what she needs for "balance", she is already cancer... But it may be some minor things like the shield giving a dmg reduction buff and she gains more survavebility? LV is easy because he is dps, insta died and did no dmg... She is more of a support unit, its gonna be curious to see. On the other hand, imagine small wing king, hitting a dot dmg accounting his HP instead of atk. That would be dope AF and a major win for him
@@felipemacedo4240 Okay that small wing King suggestion sounds fire. I’m thinking they just give her stats with Goddess allies and maybe make her stun card remove gauge and that’s it. More then that with the already normal stats she will get will probably make her far and away the best unit in the game in my honest opinion😭
