Through summons you can get those badge/coins. Only of yu already have that character, the summon will be converted to coins.

Right now yu can see the banner grand cross 4th anniversary on the main page under which you have to complete all five "Special Missions Part 2" to get it if you haven't already got it.
I think it was under Special Missions Part 1 cause part 2 has Evolution Pendant.
