A detailed walkthrough if the 2020-2021 kite construction used by Airush, including the load frame... A little bit of tech, but a lot of use if you are investing in expensive kit!
My Airush ultra break after 1,5 years and 200 sessions while foiling. I did not drop. It last as long the Technoforce Tijin D2 canopy material resists the UV light. No matter what Brand. They use almost all the same. There is no UV proof. Before the valves came off. Also happen same with other brands. The load frame yarns are cut between some panels. No overlap just head to head from production process on both sides. You see that only if some bad stitching opens. Maybe if your kite never see the sun it will last 10 years. But I will buy Airush ultra again. Cheers
Really nice and helpful video. Load frame looks solid, it's an interesting concept. Never tried Airush kites but I hope to do it soon :) Lithium seems to be a good fit.
Lithium is a really lovely kite - but the new Lithium V12 has lost the loadframe and a little $ off the list price - though lithium V11 is the same kite with the load frame - that is a good one to buy right now as there will be a few on clearance around the world...
@@ktwo-surf Oh I didn't notice that V12 lost the frame, that's a shame. But anyway I was looking at V11, as you said there are some good offers on it right now and it looks like a solid kite. I was checking Union as well but I guess fixed bridle system won't be a good fit for beginner.
what a bunch of hogwash. kite material does not stretch anywhere near to the degree this fella is claiming. probably he talks kite more then he rode over 20 years!

@@wujekzdzislaw That's true, in reality - fixed bridles are the realm of the experienced.
@@ktwo-surf Do you know why they've taken out the load frame in the v12?
@@CristianCocheci - a decision to bring the cost down in the lithium.. It's a very expensive thing.
