My theory is that the actor who plays James Olsen has so little chemistry with the actresses that make us believe that Supercorp can be a thing...and both Katie McGrath and Melissa Benoist have this insane conection that makes us believe even harder that Supercorp is possible in the near future. I'm a comic nerd and I know neither supergirl or Lena Luthor are gay or bi, but maybe the writers in the serie could have some liberties to create a relationship using that conection between the actresses. I mean, we are in 2018, everything can be possible.
