The next day in daylight it is looking even nice n softer...n more tasty... melting in mouth...thank you so much mam... whenever I mk mysore pak my heart will remember n bless u !!

Hello Ms Mallika, can we use palm sugar (vellam) instead of white sugar?
You can use karuppatti.I have given that recipe also.Please see under heading Sweets in my check list.
Palm sugar is called karuppati.Jaggery is made from sugarcane.
