Cosmo is so playful with sounds, she is really exploring her whole range, looking for new things all the time. Gizmo and Cosmo are both into that whimsical play with the sounds.
My co worker has a 2 and a 6, both boys, and they started making sound effects to each other, so the whole family started. She said it was surprisingly fun so we started just vocalizing at work. It IS fun!

I agree! Idk how I even came across her (I think I clicked on a # funny parrot or talking parrot) and she was one of the videos. And omg I watched every UA-cam short. I signed back into my TikTok that I forget I have to look for more Cosmo content. She has stolen my ❤. Truly one one of the parrots that feel like they understand so much of what they are saying. And don’t get me wrong, they’re amazing animals vocal or not, but she’s just special.

Hey how do I get my new African grey to trust me? She is very quiet and shy, she’s 22 and she lived at a nursing home most her life and I just adopted her from the previous owners, she screams anytime I try to give her handfed snacks I’ve been putting one finger in the food bowl so she hops down and eats beside my hand to try and get her to see I’m not bad but she still seems skiddish
It will take alot of time and patience. Sit beside her cage and read her a children's book in a calm voice. Just sit and talk to her give her healthy snacks. Don't push yourself on her let her come to you. She needs to find out herself that you won't hurt her. Trust is a huge thing with any bird.
