- Hello #GGSquad, How are you? Welcome to the last part of Kerala food series. In this video, I show you how I spent a day In Trivandrum aka Thiruvananthapuram. We had the best Sadhya ever at Mother's Veg Plaza (Bakery Jct Rd, near Russian Cultural Center, Vanross, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695034)

Sadya is healthy food for body and mind ...it has an order to grasp ... First cool the boy by dal then spicy samber after payasam then Pulissery etc... Banana leaf juice is taking along with food ,that is also ayurvedic

Try to say Sadhya , the Malayali way😅 . The way you pronounce Sadhya sounds to us malayalees like SAADHIYAA .
Actually it must sound like Saddh - ya.
