Hello everyone, as you know I recently purchased a house in Handsworth and BBC's Homes under the Hammer approached me to film the progress of the renovation all the way up to the point of sale.
But enough about that, my first born Haris is amazing. I am truly blessed to have made such a hench, good-looking man who surpasses my intellect and and physical capability. I mean I don't even lift Bro!

In those Liverpool flats, how do you separate out the bills? And do those rents include bills? What happens with internet? Is there one broadband service with the costs shared between the tenants? I wonder what that guy's fee is?

I hope that that guy playing at "dress rehearsal" bidding" (!) didn't deprive that other couple from buying a home for themselves. That is the only thing that worries me about this programme.

There will be other properties for thatcouple if that's the case And if they are a couple looking for a home, they've done well to avoid the flying freehold issue, which often prevents getting a mortgage and further costs. Actually, they dodged a bullet. You need a bucket of cash for a place like that

Man, this show has some of the worst 'afters' I've ever seen! I didn't think it was possible to make that block of flats any uglier than it was, but that property manager managed it.

I don’t think it is ugly? It is adapted for a rental market I suppose, very neutral and neat, this property is not meant to be decorated but renovated.
Edit: Ok so I know which property you were talking about which is obviously the last one, yes it is close to be ugliest than it was before but at least it is renovated 😩🤣
