A few things make me worry. I dont know if its intended by the recipes you´re using or if its a mistake from your side. but you use to less Angostura when needed, your stirring is too short and some of the recipes are just not as i know them, but thats not your fault. I hope i could help you, and who knows maybe all that ist actually intended

Mate, you'd better look up the recipes for these cocktails, it pains me to see whiskey sour being made without an egg yolk/foamer and topped with soda water for example. Most of these are called Unforgetyables, you don't wanna get some guests in your bar that will expect a New-York Sour for example and they'll get a something without foam and with grenadine in place of wine. And for the love of god, use the sugar syrup, I haven't seen one person in my life who'd prefer to eat the undilluted sugar while drinking the cocktail
Thanks for your comments! However, these recipes are made for those who are taking the exam with the rules set out in the Korean Bartender Certification Exam. If you have any questions about the recipe, it seems right to tell the Korean government 😄 And most of my bars don't do that. Of course, whiskey sour also uses eggs. New York cocktails and New York sours are different cocktails! As you said, New York sour contains wine in whiskey sour, but New York cocktail contains grenadine syrup 😄 And I usually use syrup

Weird how relaxing making a few drinks are. Of course you need a degree in science for some of them it seems.

As a professional Barkeeper, you shouldn't use bottled lemon or lime juice! Only the fresh squeeze juice is the best for cocktails!!
