How do you upload the audio files you took?

I am using my iphone 13 promax. The audio is automatically replaced by the mic being used.
If you were to use the mic to replace the audio using an insta 360 or GoPro, you must use a free app audio recorder on your phone and export that in with the video using a free video editor like “capcut”.
