Living full-time in my rolling tiny home has been the best decision of my life. Off-Grid living offers a peace and connection to life that you just can't explain. The scenes from nature that travelers film are so nice for people who are stuck at home.i can't travel for financial reasons. These are nice.
People let me tell you just how cheap an adventure can be. Start by watching a movie, if you haven’t already, called (into the wild).You’ll see just how far you can go without money. In this lockdown I’ve been camping in a tent in my own yard, just to feel I’m out an about. Plus it helps me see the things I need for my next trip. I even light a tiny fire to keep warm at nights. You can go on a day hike around your neighbourhood or cycle to a destination of your choice. So much to see and do. Hope this helps. Cheers.
Yep, I live very near to a national park and near state parks. I tend to take walks but local tourism is so busy cause lots of people are sticking closer to home as well and its overcrowded. Not safe during a pandemic.

I'm a 69 year old disabled veteran. I was retired from the Army in 1971.
I was 19 years old.
I was give. A 60% disability rating that paid me $208. a month.
The first thing I did was buy a boyscout backpack and Hit the road!
I hitchiked all over the USA & Canada in the early 70s. Over the years to follow I upgraded my pack several times to better bigger back packs.
I bought my 1st car in 1973, a 1965 Pontiac Catalina. It had a big trunk and a big back seat. I did the same thing with the cars. My personal Van life began when I bought a 1956 GMC 3 window suburban van that I completely rebuilt ground up.
I traveled and lived in it for years hanging meeting people and Seeing the sights!
Waitresses became my good service queens.
I married 2 of them over the years. In 2011, I went back on the road to live.
I got a 1998 custom van and started jamming again. Things had Changed though.
I got told by the police that I was a vehicular vagrant! I'll be damned!
Do Tell now!!!
Very strange and sad.
But what the hell, I turned the key and drove away to more freedom on the road. Those cops had to Stay there and go back to their jobs day after day after day.
I stopped at a drive-in and got a burger & shake, hit the road and went somewhere else to see what I could see.
I now have a 2013 Chevy van and 5 dogs. Lol
I am living on a small piece of land off a creek here in Spring Texas.
I did a big road trip back through my old stomping grounds here in central & southeast Texas in the hill country and coast.
Many things had changed. LOTS more people and lots more noise! Anyway my friend, I dig your channel man.
Keep on Trucking as we use to say back in the day. Love your content and I like your style.

8 pair of chucks, 1 for each foot like papa, for 4 days he has different shoes, just not sure on the size
You need one of those solar heated shower bag things from Amazon, comes with a nozzle, hang of the back door of the van, heats in the sun quick, can even get a pop up privacy shower with it all under 25$ US for when your off grid and no shower.
Cruzie is way more athletic than the few bulldogs I have met! He seems pretty quick...when he us not snoozing! Love the new sweater!!! Still snowing in southern Alberta...😉🇨🇦

Hey Chrome and Cruz ♡ thanks for another interesting update! Prairie girl here who has moved back after years of unrequited love from BC- she's a beautiful place but pretty hard to get for a solo parent artist healer. I love the weather on the islands, the misty cloudy days of winter and long spring instead of 7 months of minus 30° C was heaven. Was just about to start vanlife when the pandemic hit and I felt he need to go "home" to the prairies- looking forward to winter actually, because now I have a kid to enjoy it with! Hopefully you can make it across Canada before the snow starts (it's hitting the the Dakotas, etc. just south of us) but if you have good wheels and lots of blankets you will be fine until at least December ;)

You really need to consider some of those portable showers that you can install. When you need it , a 110 volt tankless water heater, you just plug it in the moment you are going to use it. shower with hot water and then put it away all you need is about 5 to 10 gallons of water.

Great video. Me, my wife and two kids drove and camped out all of western and northern Ontario in July. I have to say Thunder Bay is very pretty. We had to of stayed in the parking lot of the Timmies in Nipigon for hours when we were heading towards TB. Highway 11north=flat, Highway 17= mountainous.... Amazing content, keep it up.
