My friend did yesterday. Took him 300+ white tail before it spawned. Like most others have said his zones changed and then it spawned. I'm going with that theory.

I feel you on the changing spots. I had a spot between two bodies of water that had constant animals coming through in order to go to or come from their zones and stayed good no matter how much hunting pressure was there. In the last two weeks I haven’t seen a single animal coming through there any more.
I think there should be a great one for every map so like silver ridge peaks mule deer, medved a moose, vurhonga a springbok, cautro colantis a red deer, yukon valley a caribou, parque an axis deer, hirschfalden a fallow, and te awaroa a sika deer

A week ago I got the Great One, took only 3 1/2 weeks for him to show up. I was so psyched and took him down with a bow just like yourself, called him in at 14.9m and MAN was my hearting pumping
