I know most seed oils are considered bad now. However i have personal experience in using Black Seed oil. Had a finger thst was stiff and sore for over a year but a few days following taking a teaspoon of Black Seed oil twice daily a pimple appeared on that joint and was itching with weeping substance. The finger completely recovered and never any further related problems. Subscribed and Liked. James J Walsh in Limerick city Ireland 🇮🇪,
Hi James! Great to hear from you and thank you for subscribing. That's quite interesting actually. The more I researched BSO and castor oil the more I was convinced that our parent's and grandparent's generations were on to many things we need to possibly go back to. I plan on doing an update to my black seed oil findings. I've stopped using it (taking a break) because I began having a few side effects that I wanted to pinpoint whether it was actually from the BSO or something else. My skin began to get a bit sensitive, I have psoriasis so this time of year I do tend to experience an exacerbation so I'm still figuring this out. I hope you're doing well over there in the emerald isle. ❤️🍀 Danielle
I have peripheral neuropathy, am trying castor oil on my legs and arms and my feet...not sure if it helps, does improve dry skin....will try the black seed oil, do u ingest it or apply topically... my phone found u , like how you talk about all remedies...susan RN retired
Hi Susan! I always love hearing from fellow HCP's. I ingest a tsp daily of the black seed oil. The video where I discuss my findings is scheduled for premier at 8:30PM tonight (EST). I will warn you that the black seed tastes horrible. I typically chase it immediately with iced tea or grapes--anything. So far, it seems to be compounding the positive effects of the castor oil application. I have no complaints so far but I'll be curious to see what my labs look like in a few weeks. I hope it helps and I'm happy your phone found the channel :) Danielle
I think buying black seed , preparing at home better than buying oil so avoid risk for mix other oil/ get pure - they use black seeds on any pastry U can ground using coffee grounder
I didn't know much about black seed oil. Given that it is useful for colds, coughs and pulmonary fibrosis, I wonder if black seed oil would be useful for Co-19 or similar infectious diseases.
I'm now switching to black seed oil for my neuropathy, it works much faster than castor oil and seems to last much longer...going to be interesting when I get blood work later this year because my neuropathy has improved enough to ditch the GABApentin😁
Hi! THAT'S AWESOME!! I'm so glad to hear this. I tried gabapentin and felt like I was on a constant trip of Benadryl. Couldn't function. I'll be really curious to see how you do as you build up some time on it. I, myself am going on about 6 weeks and get my lab work drawn next week so we'll hopefully both have good news. I'll be doing a livestream Sunday at 8pm so hope to see you there. Danielle
Hi Terralail! Trust me I know!! Not a fan myself but I get it down quick and chase it with a drink. My friend takes a drink of bananna milk afterwards and says it greatly cuts down on the taste. As I said in the video though--if it's working for my neuropathy then I'll deal with a minute of yuck lol. Danielle
Great information, thank you! Along with my castor oil treatments I pray I will feel better. ❤

You clearly did your homework. What would black seed oil do for lupus...?
Omega 3,6,and 9 benefits the heart🫀 so I'm sure it will be a great addition to lupus medication.
