Hi Cindy 👋🏻. Tell Darrell we are trying my best to stay safe 😁. Ontario is 3446 miles from Guernsey and is in second place after Jaymee’s Tennessee for the furthest viewer from us in little old Guernsey. You have to Love technology today that we can share life experiences on the other side of the world 👍🏻😁👍🏻 hope you two stay safe too 🥰
Hi Colin, Richard, Phil , Jen and myself are on our way to Plymouth for the Guz.tech Conference at the end of Nov. I wonder if we will see you out and about, I never know when i'm going to see you just like in August when you were at the west show.👍🏻😁👍🏻 stay safe mate. 220 miles via Portsmouth to Plymouth or about 90 miles direct on the boat.
@scubadive I'm over in Guernsey on the 16th till the 23rd November. So keep in touch and we could meet up. If the weather is good across to Plymouth in your own boat is a great trip.
Thanks for watching from Hereford, Guernsey has the best cattle in the world and very closely followed by the Herefords.👌🏼😂😂. Stay safe and thanks 👍🏻😁👍🏻.
@@scubadive Love the Guernsey Butter and Cream, I have Great Memories of the old fish market during the early 80s, such a shame that atmosphere of buying fresh sea food products and meat has disappeared,... The good old days of having to go to the rugby club if you wanted a beer on a Sunday and watch Oliver Reed perform.... Your channel deserves more viewers, Very Therapeutic after a long day, Best Wishes from a retired OAP enjoying new technology 😁👌.
Unfortunately the island has had to move with the times to still be relevant in todays world, but I miss all the above which you have mentioned. Olly Reid was funny and can still remember looking out my uncles Kevins window which lived opposite Olly on New Year’s Eve to see him completely naked trying to make snow angels in 10mm deep snow 😂😂. I’m not to bothered with how many subs we have but want to keep it enjoyable and as close to the real experience as possible. Free of click bait, unnecessary dramas and other stuff which the larger channels have had to morph into get the UA-cam algorithm to favour them and push their content. Glad you find it relaxing 👍🏻Stay safe 👌🏼😁
Yeah that’s well worth a watch. I have it on record already. Thanks chosen one, only been to Eastbourne once to buy a boat with my brother and the train split in half and I was in the wrong carriage 😂😂. All that modern transport over in the UK got us all confused. 😂. Our last train in Guernsey was WW2 and was run by the occupying Germans so never got a ride on it. 👍🏻😁👍🏻 stays safe
I think you win for the furthest viewer away from Guernsey as you are almost exactly the other side of the world from us. Thanks for watching VitaAquatica 👍🏻😁👍🏻
Thanks JP another interesting dive, how big do the combers get? When you could catch the octopuses on the beach, they were called cat o nine tails, over here in sunny Jersey (a little before my time), Stay Safe Mate.
Hi Martin the largest Comber I have seen was about 1lb but I’m sure they get a lot bigger. Are Octopus being seen in big numbers in Jersey yet ? Stay safe mate
@@scubadive Hi, JP, Not a lot of occi's shown up in the pots, because they can escape so easily but on many weekends we have a fishmonger who has one for sale, they sell very fast. Stay Safe Mate.
Hi Steve yes we do use Nitrox but im tight and don't want to pay £12.00 a fill 🤣. We will use Nitrox mixes if we are traveling further away or a wreck which isn't too deep. I spend about £90 a month on fills on air which gives me 18 dives a month but Nitrox would only be 7 dives so tend to stick to Air only. Richard dives Nitrox 32 % every dive. It's great stuff. 👍🏻😁👍🏻
It’s great watching your stuff and comparing it to our diving in Australia. We use different gas mixes depending on the depth, or a dive hookah for shallow stuff. Our scallops are in about 12 m of water. Also a lot fatter in winter.
@stevebird3803 thanks Steve. It is always good to see how others dive and the gear they use. The hookah looks like a good system for shallow stuff and I have never seen anyone in the UK using one 👍🏻😁👍🏻
Hi Opsoverseas, 150 miles away according to google. My stats may be correct then as it states the Uk to have the most viewers which is great as when im doing these videos i'm only thinking that only Guerns are watching but super happy it's getting further afield. Stay safe mate and thanks for being a long time sub 👍🏻 😁 👍🏻
Im actually watching from a sat chamber in the gulf , nothing good to see here apart from, pipes, shite, and seabed. Keep at it, it reminds me what nice divings like!
I would be in for at least three boat journeys and 2400 km car journey, taking 32 hrs traveling by car given fair winds and no traffic in 6 countries.👍🏻😁👍🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting
Thanks for commenting and letting us know where in the world your viewing from InTheTub. You are 220 miles away from Guernsey. Hi Richard, Your 260 miles away from us. One of my sons tried to pronounce Llanelli just now and was very argumentative when I corrected him 👍🏻😁👍🏻 1 boat journey and 7 hrs and 16 mins to drive to you. Thanks for watching mate
I was just gonna say can you find the scallops along all those empty shells from the oysters wow yeah I know the oyster in the scallops Kinda let you know they’re there, but those are all dead shells😢😢
Yes many years of oysters fishing all dead now. We only have a very small amounts of them around the harbour walls and piles now. I would not be eating them as they are all full of anti foul chemicals too. 😪 hope your keeping well Grace ?👍🏻😁👍🏻
