These are the exploring videos I love: no gimmicks, no music, just sights, sounds and some backstory. This looks like a good house for a small family. If I had to guess, they had a daughter who slept in the pink room, and probably more than one boy judging by the size of the blue room. I say boy/s judging by the Mickey Mouse sports motif. Hopefully there are some good memories associated with that place. It would seem so if the mom and dad are still living in the area. Glad to see another video from you, man. They're always a joy.
Would like to see a video where some small problem is corrected because it should. Like throw something out, even if not interested. Will be alot of work one way or the other.
Kinda makes ya wonder why the family left huh? By the looks of the rooms upstairs, they must've had a girl and a couple boys cause the decor dictates it. But I could be wrong
Thank you for the tour, and especially the laughs. 🤣 Looks like the birds and the critters of nature, have completely took over this home. Your reaction to the Mosquitoes and the flying critters, had me LMAO! 🤣👍🏻Love it.💕
Great find, glad you're back on the road. That staircase was the coolest part of the house, the way that it split makes me think originally they had planned to add another wing or something, and it just never came to fruition. Grand but sad. The orange daylilies were a testament to times when the house was lived and loved in!Thanks for taking us along!
I was just scrolling through youtube and I thought to look your channel up again. Seeing your relatively recent posted videos brought much joy. Thanks again for these vids and keep it up!
That custom pink job around the stairs whisk done buy Dippin the tips of a feather duster in paint then splotching it on the wall. It's called feather painting and was extremely popular in the 1980s LOL
Another excellent discovery! Seeing all those bugs on the second floor gave me the heebie-jeebies. The classic country music down a country road was a perfect touch. I think the last tune was 'Jealous Heart'? Thanks again, Farm Hunter.
Would have liked to have lived here myself, I like things simple.Great find !!! Would have turned the attic room into a bedroom, with a regular size door of course.I hope someone fixes this house up what a shame it's no longer being lived in.THANK-YOU I enjoyed the tour.
Cool thorough explore once again! I enjoy how you're thorough, always going through every inch of the house! Welcome back BTW! I love all these old homes. Just love the "rawness" and sturdiness of them! Always a pleasure to watch, and great to document these old farmhouses before they're gone! Good for historical purposes!
Yes what a cute house. It must have been a very cozy house back in the day. This type of house would have been the ideal house for me and my husband. We are in our 60s now. All four of our children are married and out now. We live in a four bedroom house 3 levels and it’s well maintained but it’s a lot of work to keep up with it. They say when you get older you should downgrade. I believe so my husband is stubborn he does not want to sell. We have no more mortgage on the house. If we would sell it would be 💯 present markup. I would love to have a smaller house less maintenance. Oh well. Thanks for the explore. I really enjoyed it. And I loved those tiger Lillie’s on that property.
Cool, so glad to see another farm house explore. That homemade jerky looks Dee-lish! Cool tunes too. Welcome back buddy! I’ve been enjoying your Plant Hunter videos too 👍
That door looked so out of place on that little old farmhouse. They probably had to replace it if vandals busted the other one.Glad you are back at it. Stay safe and God bless.
It's a cute lil house! Be great for a young family, but of course , it will take quite a lot of money to right itself! Like a scene out of Little house on the prairie!
Love how green the country is being in So California we don’t see much green. It’s good that you talk to the neighbors wow house out in the middle of nowhere. You can tell that it was once a cute house.
The stairwell platform and crawl space technically could have been sleeping perches for children. People used to sleep anywhere and everywhere. Thanks for the tour! 🏚️
I’m glad you’re back! Do you ever get as far as North Dakota? I went back to see my grandparent’s former farm. There are still abandoned family farms in southeast and central North Dakota, as well as abandoned church and school buildings, grain elevators, etc.
I was *TOTALLY* not going to say it cause I thought It would have sounded weird but yes, I as well love his voice...12:00 🤷♀️sorry Im just a chick who notices things😏 lol mmm😉
I like the first song but that may just be the Ga girl in me lol love old staircases like that. Supply list: industrial strength bug spray, 4 wheel drive lol Thanks for the video!
Your explorations are fantastic! I'm hooked on watching them! I watch a lot of different ones and by far you are the best with your detail and narration! Whose version of Jealous Heart is playing at the end?
Thankyou for sharing. I think someone could still renovate that place but it dosen't look like anyone wants to live out there. Shame as it looked like it would have been quite a pretty house in its day. The small area at the top of the stairs, in houses like that, often had a bed in it. Sometimes it was used as a guest bed for a vistor, or with larger families it was sometimes used as a room for the younger child, which was sometimes curtained off as the child grew older. The Day Lilies there are beautiful, they do spread to make quite big patches.
That was really neat to see this 1990s abandoned house. I really enjoy watching your videos a lot. Can you tell me what song you were listening to towards the end of it?
That would be a nice house to fix up I know it needs everything but how cool that crawl space could be another bedroom if they wanted to do it I seen worst fixed up real nice
Maybe you could upload some pic's or a quick video of the place. Give a few details, rooms, acreage ect and approx price. Many people prefer the way things were, the simple life. I'd love to see it so get that camera out please!! Thank you. D.
It is, but isolation has its drawbacks when you age. No one visits and driving becomes more difficult. Can also be depressing and lonely. I live that dream and was much better when I was younger. Now I'm old...not so much. But I still enjoy not having any neighbors to speak of. People can be so difficult.
@@williebeamish5879 true and well said. No one visiting is depressing. A lot of old people don't have family or friends who take the time. Maybe if they're just around the corner, they would.
Good vid👍👍👍 That new drywall @ 16:00? That's CREEPY. Why, in that fallen-down, would their be fresh/recent mudfjng and drywall? And in front of the back of that closet? :/
@jenni Lang. Yeah but remember that curiosity killed the................... oh, was that the dead cat we saw somewhere???????? Looked very suspicious........ D.

Your videos are my favourite. Please don't ever change the way you film these hidden gems.
Ooh I love how the house is secluded from any roads! It would have been a beautiful home in its day. Thanks for sharing this video!
Ugh......this kills me!!!!! I’d give anything to see it restored back to its natural beauty.🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽
Kinda makes ya wonder why the family left huh? By the looks of the rooms upstairs, they must've had a girl and a couple boys cause the decor dictates it. But I could be wrong
It's racist to assume ppls gender. The pink room may have been a beautiful and brave transgender boy. How dare you

Good to see you back! Cute little house. It must have been lovely in its day. Thank you for braving the mosquitoes!! 😀👍
I thought that farm house was adorable with that unique staircase and.little sitting area. Nice fine!!
I loved that little sitting area too! I could just imagine a nice comfy chair and a large plant in the sunlight as you read a favorite novel. .
My thoughts exactly butch.
So good to hear your voice and go on farm adventures with you!! You were missed greatly!!! Be Safe and God Bless!!
What a sweet little farm house. Enjoyed the tour ~ great pics and narration. Thanks ~
Look at that nice new door!!!! I would of loved to of seen this home in its day. It is really a nice set up. I love hearing the birds.
I loved this sweet little house. its size is so quaint and charming. that stairway was the real clencher for me.

I loved the staircase. Nice house, could be amazing. I agree, the basement was eeiry. Thanks for sharing with us!

Nice little house in it's day. Very enjoyable video.😊
Thanks for the awesome explore. It’s been awhile.
Beautiful flowers. Love your music! Poor old house. Why do people leave perfectly good homes go to waste.

Yes it was 👍😁 It's frustrating that I cant have a sub-30second music clip without it being muted by UA-cam. 😕

The baby room for the crib. All farm houses had small rooms for the kids back then. My friend lived in one.(It had a slanted ceiling)
