I’ve never really been into the chopper style bikes. But after watching your channel man, I freaking love them now. I appreciate the craftsmanship, the creativity, and how raw/bare bones these bikes are. Thank you for showing me what I’ve been missing for all these years lol

I know I'm late but this is literally my idea of the PERFECT bike. Maybe only change I'd do is fatter tires and a springer front end but still - spot on man. Love it.

Man I got a 68 shovel flat side of had since 78 nice to see you talking an interest in these bikes. Man I still got all my shop stuff I could show you some things on how to build that motor from the flywheels up to make that motor surprise you. Nice job I'm rebuilding mine this winter it's been sitting 20 years to long .
You can`t go wrong with black & it`s not a color. It`s a neutral that doesn`t take away from the rest of it. like a velvet Elvis!
Every version was great, but in it`s current version is the best yet.
Simplicity of function on display.
I`m too old for a hardtail, but if I could I would build one close to yours.

Beautiful build and that's my favourite tank decal, I had it on an old softail. I think a bit of detail on the oil tank and fender will look so good, can't wait to see what it turns out like 👍
Def 2023! IMHO, the hard tail setup is always the cleanest on any bike. Something about no side suspension that gives cruisers that classic look. Love your channel bro, keep up the great work! Cheers from Mexico...

I’m running the same tank badges on my shovel (peanut tank), no issues with the 3m tape holing up. Love the look!

Haven't commented in while, the gloss black is sick with the badges! I think I have the same tank on my shovelhead. There should be another threaded bung on the right side of the tank. That's where I ran my fuel valve. It's a different size than the left side, but it should work.

I thought, when the springer went away, it was going to be a step back, but I am really digging the look and the black is a perfect loot for this bike, I appreciate your willingness to try different looks and change things up….
This year's phase of shovel is the best one.. a bit sporty, but old school in the same time. Good job. Older versions seems to me a bit "grannyish". This new one is cool and fresh.

Call me crazy, and it might just be the picture, but I like the 2017 stance the best. But those tank badges fit that tank perfectly! As usual, great work! Maybe consider a narrow glide front end? Might compliment the overall profile a bit better ✌️

You cannot go wrong with a gloss black chopper. I am wondering if your Shovel is running too lean to discolor your pipes so much. Your present Shovel is the best IMO.

Great choice Homs. I had the same gas tank and used the right side for the petcock. Better not the one above the ignition coil. Sure you know just saying. The round headlight is a good choice it could be a bit bigger or like you said higher. Now it’s in the details but am stoked for you homie.

Two of the round headlights would look pretty sick. Or alternatively, a rectangular Aris / Dixie / Sears light. I find they look nice in the wide glide style front ends because they fill all that negative space that you don't get with a narrow glide. Still looks great though. If it was my bike I'd pinstripe the rims too... like a really subtle white wall effect but on the actual rim. I've seen it a couple times but usually hacky with some reflective tape from amazon or something. Always thought that it could be really cool done right.
Maybe only the rear one. Idk. Giving me ideas for my build. Great looking bike so far.

Great bike i all its versions! I liked it more with the springer front end! An interesting combination would have been the springer front end along with the old rear suspension tubes.... i think as a bobber w/ these elements would look closer to its time era! Maybe it needs a slightly bigger round headlight. Enjoy it! Safe rides! Greetings from Greece
