Hi, dear author. The look of the underground home is lovely. The only thing, that keeps me curious, is, are there not the humidity and the earthly smell, that is present in all underground buildings, in such earthships, as you showed? I commute very often by metro and I'm quite familiar with its smell, and I'd much rather do without it. Besides, it's not a friend to a human health

That’s a good question, I would imagine so but mainly based on the very formal business use of the site.
But even a private space like this probably needs some for of consultation with planning at the very least.
