    About this webinar:
The importance of Cancer Rehabilitation The diagnosis and treatment of cancer can result in chronic side effects which interfere with a person’s ability to work, engage socially, and do daily activities. Awareness and understanding of cancer rehabilitation have increased greatly over the past decade. However, access to rehabilitation services remains limited across Canada. There is an urgent call to action to invest in systems and services that can promote the recovery and well-being of cancer survivors. This includes the early identification of physical side effects and the development of effective cancer rehabilitation treatments that can be supported and maintained by our health care system.
