Sweet review. One piece of advice. Don’t go to a burger place expecting good seafood. Then again they have it on the menu and if they do it should be done right. Always love your reviews, man.
right, however, they were advertising it! So, it should have been better honestly.
I agree with you. Here, NC is the same where you can't trust good seafood in a burger place. I personally go to a seafood restaurant for seafood.
I think the quality of Red Robin just depends on where it's at and probably depends on the owner. There are a couple near where I live in Illinois, and the burgers have always been at least good - and the last time I had it, I had one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was a bacon mushroom swiss (or something like that) and the meat was cooked perfectly, the toppings were nice, etc. I've never had a "bad" burger from there, but I'm sure if the wrong cook cooks it, or if they simply overcook the patty, it can easily go wrong, so I'm not surprised that many people have still had bad experiences. But I'm sure the same could be said of almost any sit-down burger place.

@@Whatitdosemu It sucks that different locations can be so different in quality. I had similar experiences with Arby's when I was younger - the meat was always dry and nothing tasted great, so I never bothered going back. But then I randomly ordered it on Uber Eats recently, and I got some of the best roast beef sandwiches I've ever had. The meat was super moist and tender, the bread was pretty good, and the toppings were good. That's high praise for being near Chicago, which is known for its roast beef sandwiches. Now I just worry that if I order it again, the quality will be wildly different and I'll go back to hating it.
Granted, I grew up in one of the shittier suburbs where I'm sure the owners and workers at that Arby's didn't give much of a shit, whereas the Arby's I got recently was in one of the nicer suburbs. There's actually also a Domino's by me that has pretty decent pizza, and I've heard how shitty it is elsewhere. I live right by the original Aurelio's, which usually has the best tavern-style pizza you can get (at least at that location), but I'll still get Domino's instead sometimes because it's not too far off in quality.
Yeah the Red Robin closest to my house is just ok. The burgers aren’t bad but just feel underwhelming for the price. Also the fries never seem to taste fresh so there’s little incentive to ask for them to be bottomless.
The nearest Red Robin to me is bussin! Its always a treat to get dinner there. Its a once a year experience. I don't like to burn out the best places around me.

I was happy at the Red Robin in Victoria, BC and they had great sunset views-good place to have a beer.
I remember the 2020 review but I know one thing this one was a hell of a lot better then that one minus the shrimp 🍤..that burger woulda had my stomach on tilt cause of the cheese but that wouldn’t of had stopped me either way😂..and that cake lord have mercy it looked so good with some cold milk it woulda been fire..much love Daym

Not gonna lie, that last 3/4 times I visited my closest Red Robin location, I wasn't pleased. Was always disappointed bc they could never get my meal right and service was lackluster. I used to LOVE Red Robin. I haven't been in at least 3 years, so maybe it's time I give them another try? Definitely debating on that one

The Red Robin in our neck of the woods got a 1 star from me on 1 occasion and a 3 star on the next. First visit the burger tasted like crap as did the onion rings which weren't worth writing home about. They didn't bring my rings dipping sauce and the other people with me weren't happy either. The second visit my granddaughter we suspected contracted food poisoning so we definitely will not be returning. Like I said in my first review I could get a better burger at Burger King at a fraction of the cost.
I haven't been to Red Robin in years. I should really consider a visit. Looking at their menu now.

I once took my wife on a date there. Ordered the double meat burger, when it came it had 1 patty. The waitress said double meat burger means the kind of meat. We got food poisoning and never went back. Now they have a ghost restaurant out of there now

I’m from the UK and my wife and I tried Red Robin on holiday because we were tired and it was near the hotel. The burgers were dripping with so much grease it was like they’d been dunked right in a vat of the stuff. Probably one of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten in my life.

?????? From all the Red Robin’s I’ve gone to (OR) tigard Portland Sherwood beaverton I’ve NEVER been served a monster burger like that one!! Now THATS a beast right there. I’m gonna show them the one on this video so that they make it that way lol
Eating my burger, and fries at the bar is the way to go, have never been disappointed the few times I've been there.
I've been to that RR many times and the service was always great and the food wicked good. The only thing I'd change is the music is annoyingly loud and obnoxious.
Been to Red Robin in a few states. Never had a bad burger. The wait staff is always worthy of a 50% tip. New England must be different.
In my opinion red Robin is great depending on location. Been to at least two red Robin's in las vegas since living here one in summerlin the other on eastern. The service is always great at both locations with the food always being top notch I dont think I've ever had any issues at those red Robin locations at all.

What’s corporate doing when these restaurants fail? Chains should have 100% consistent service and they should be punished by corporate for bad service.
I agree. In my experience, it all depends on how much they really care about their customers. I’ve had some instances where I was unhappy with service/food at restaurants and went straight to corporate to inform and file a complaint. Restaurants have granted me free food as a ‘we’re sorry’ in the past. At the least, they offer a discount or credit on my next visit.
I'll bet a dollar to a doughnut Brian wrote that 5 star review.
I have not been to a Rwed Robin in awhile The one I went to I was rather unimpreased the decor was cool Had some race car theme in a way being near a racetrack but the bacon wasoverdone and the burger seemed dry The service was good though

Idk i live in Alaska and red Robin is my favorite.. great service always, my only issue is prices and burgers smaller, but still yummy tho. Dont know about others states, but always great service any time you go and yummy food.. Again Alaska is different type of people. 😁 Alaska hospitality 😄

Hold on, and wait for just a second. the wait Staff do not only not good paid enough, and under appreciated. But , the Cooks are always getting beat doen, and always, always way under paid...especially when they constantly produce great food...and sometimes continue to do so even when the other Cooks call out or quit! Corporate Companies are just so darn evil! They do not care to give praise, or compensation that is well deserved! Okay???

I’ve never been to Red Robin Daym
They had decent mozzarella sticks. Then they replaced them with mozzarella twists. Nasty. Made me ill.
However, the burgers have only gotten better, so I still go here. And the staff makes it even more special. Yeah, same location.
Regarding the disabled individual: they’re lucky that they weren’t sued because a restaurant near me was closed down due to not having ramps to enter their establishment.

Burger reviews are hard to watch because people are always opening up the hamburger for visuals. It would be better to take a bite first because removing the bun just makes it go cold faster.
