    Mai akela bahut rehta hu.
    Mai sugar intake zyada karta hu
    Meri sleep bhi irregular hai
    Mujhe ye sab cheezen... band kar deni chahiye, ye Mai sirf sochta tha lekin apply nahi karta tha.
    Isse waake hi mere brain ki input capacity, and thinking ability ko bahut nuksaan hua hai.
    Aaj se Mai ye sab kuchh chhod raha hu. Mujhe yakeen hai ki mera brain mujhe thank you zarur kahega.

    Sure ! I will apply these habits i was listening music and song in high volume. Bro truly after Few minutes song is played in my brain ( head ) and after some time i got relief but i doing this from long time and i will be move so much as i can. Sometimes i noticed my brain is weak and lazy. Dear ( RBC ) will you suggest me for this what should i do recover my brain as my childness 🧡👍

    My diet 1) breakfast -1) egg 6 min 12 max+ 6 🍌 + 250ml milk
    2) gram +soyabean+any seed 300gm
    Afternoon - 200 gm otas
    Even - boil potatoes/ sweet potato 200gm
    Dinner- what ever made in kitchen but focus not to eat oil,salt
    ** Stop sugar content item ❤️ green vegetable
    **** Eat curd after 20 min of every meal
    It cost me arround 4k per month
