I saw a video where it was explaining why you get shells going off quicker than expected when fusing. They explained that if you have the shell's fuse touching the slow fuse it will burn at the rate of the shell fuse and then only have a very small portion burn slowly. I can link the video if interested. They suggested doing a knot around the main fuse so that you had a lot of contact over a small distance. This left plenty of your slow fuse to burn for delay.
Yo. Unrelated topic, but just wanted to say that I saw this unbelievable N.O.A.B. called Roundup Ready by Hot Shot fireworks brand. It has these beautiful triple ring effects. If you ever see one, you should get it and do a demo. It's amazing.
My grandfather did a show and he fused the grand finale but with slow-burning fuses yeah it wasn't a grand finale let's just say that
I always use the pink also its perfect... and it's the best timing for cake inserts to

Alright, I still say that taping the connections before zip typing is the way to go. 😁. Awesome project Cody.

wilson324 yes please, link!
Can confirm that tying knots works well. It has the added benefit of not needing to trim the shell fuse as long as you keep it taut.
