Advice to the Buyers… When you move in remove the trees they will grow to big to manage and the roots systems will damage floors and walls by expanding the Ground,,, Especially the two trees inside that glass space, Remove them and replace with flower bedding instead…
Those trees next to the pool are a mistake; lots of leaves in the pool. Bougainvillea might be nice. Doesn’t this unit have a nice view of something? It feels like a short term rental apartment (obviously much nicer), you would live in until you can move into a permanent house.
Sorry Victoria I think this is the worst house on your channel. The trees just to make the house look better but in fact just a a concrete jungle thrown together no character getting all the leaves out the swimming pool each day no thank you plus no views through the windows absolutely ghastly

And where is the view or all the rooms facing the wall? It's like being in prison, even though the villa itself is not bad.
What is size and number of BR in bigger ones ..?
