You should put the title of each dish on your videos , so people can go back and rewatch them. Most of UA-camrs do add the food titles and there's no rewatching. That way you have more traffic , leading to monetization of your videos.

I've tried this using bunashimeji and bunapi mushroom, it taste sooooooooooo goood, even better than the meat version of it. I love mapo tofu and i can eat this vegetarian version every week. Thank you for the recipe ❤️
Love love love mapo doufu!! The best ones I tried were during my visit to Chengdu and while I was working in Chongqing 🇨🇳 Your version looks legit yummmm!!
They're kind of similar, but there's no reason to be sus about Chinese food. Miso and Sambal Olek can even be used in a pinch, but there's lots of places to order La Doubanjiang online (Pixian Doubanjiang is best).
I should stick around. I live in Germany where most people don’t know how to cook tofu so it usually tastes bland and awful. Maybe I can actually learn how to make it taste ok for a start! X)

Get Korean samjjang. It's soy based very similar. I prefer buying Korean over Chinese products. Chinese products questionable.

Love this dish! The Lee Kum Kee mapo tofu sauce is such a lifesaver and instead of shitake I use enoki.
