I had seen Alien Poll appear in Space Ghost Coast To Coast years ago! I did not realize that this was from Ultraseven until I looked up a video by Alien Klaten that had all the bios of the Ultra monsters, including Ultra Q! 🤯
When I watched UltraSeven for the first time, Alien Quraso unexpectedly scared me. His bulging constantly moving eyes gross me out, and the fact he's a convicted serial killer and not just another alien out to conquer Earth really stood out to me. Also he acts really unhinged, to me that made him a scarier threat that couldnt be reasoned with like you potentially could with most seijin.
Hey, wait the minute, Alien Spell not the only episode was banned, episode about Star Bem Gyeron was banned too. Strangely, how episode about Star Bem Gyeron got airing despite that episode was banned? I don't know why. Nevermind, at least, Star Bem Gyeron was a Kaiju because i not fan of Seijin at all 😂. My personal opinion for my most favorite in Kaiju Reveal in this video is Eleking. Coincidentally Eleking is my most favorite Kaiju in Ultra Seven series 🤩! Awesome jump scare choice, professor. It’s very hard of me to pick which one’s my favourite, but I’ll figure it out. Adding more aliens than monsters and having them interact with the characters was a smart move in my opinion. I also love the idea of capsule monsters that the main Ultra hero carries around. Also, Ultraseven gave us Eleking so that’s pretty cool.

You make it would like he has some unholy design. He was actually banned because his design resembles the survivors of the atomic bombs and at the time those survivors were facing discrimination. Because of the outcry they just decided to ban the episode
So I had to look up Episode 12 and found a washed-out dub that's probably the TNT version. The only reason I could guess for its being banned was the targeting of children; I had to go do some reading to find out the real reason. It kind of surprised me about the stigma of keloid scars in postwar Japan, but I guess I can see how the angle might have been a mistake.
