    Just moved to the burbs from phila pa and I never had a gas mower before didn’t realize that there was a gas valve. Thought the brand new lawnmower I just bought was broken. Thank you.

    This is how you do a video!!!
    Quick, easy, and to the freakin' point!!! Beautiful!!!!
    Other vids, show the serial number, the receipt where they bought it from, a map of the town where the manufacturer is headquartered, the place where they bought gas for it, and what hospital their kids where born as they pass it going home from the gas station!!!!
    Love this!!!!

    I'm gonna have to try this, just bought a brand new Craftsman and used it maybe 3 times, then yesterday just kept stopping and shutting off when I would start to mow, never had any problem with any other mower before this, maybe Craftsman things are garbage

    Gonna give this a try, just bought this exact model. I assembled it following the directions, put oil and gas in it. Then I started it up, went to go mow and it stopped working within a minute as if it didn’t have gas, and now won’t start back up

      Flip it on its side...what's happening is the bars need to be raised...you'll see these bars under the mower...once you unscrew the sides, raise the bar so that the blade can fully turn

    • @ChelsiDivine
      @ChelsiDivine 3 роки тому +3

      That happened to me. I didn’t raise the bars and it was obstructing the blade.

    I have the same mower... biggest piece of crap ive ever bought craftsman m320

  • @godagesilrex2954

    Yes there is a choke, its an automatic choke. Give people a camera and a little knowledge and they think they are an expert.
    Bottom line is if you purchase a craftsman, you are a fool. I bought one four months ago and had to return it to Lowes. It was a piece of crap Model 350 and they have now discontinued selling it. So they replace it with the 320, same price, smaller engine and it is still a piece of crap. Used it three times and it started backfiring. Now the POS will start but not run. Oh I can fix it, it it probably something to do with the choke not opening properly. But I'm taking it back to Lowes again and this time I want my money back. If you want to know what crap they are making these days, the Model 350 was an exact copy of a Troy-built that Lowes used to carry before they bought the craftsman name and slapped it on the same mower. I had that one for over ten years. Now I'm on my second Craftsman in less than a year. The Craftsman has a high density plastic carbeurator for Christsake. Un believable junk. In the users manual it says you shouldn't ever have to change the oil. If that isn't designed obsolesense I don't know what is.

      Ive had my craftsman for 18 years. This is the 19th season with mine this weekend when I start it for the first cut of the season. I run the gas out at the end of every season and it has lasted me. Guess I was the lucky one.

      @@chancestoner Okay good to know *Update* A few weeks ago, I filled my mower with gas, pushed the primer a couple of times and it started on the 3rd pull. I hope to get another season out of it. Does "Craftsman Authentic" mean anything special or just that they may have been built better?

      warning to all who are looking at the new craftsman mowers {mine a m320} at lowes they are JUNK made of plastic mostly and they dont run after the first few times. JUNK JUNK JUNK dont buy go elsewhere for a different brand not made of plastic crap! I got screwed wont happen again

    • @Andyc521
      @Andyc521 4 місяці тому

      I agree with you, I purchased the 159cc and has never worked on first pull. Warranty of 3 years, so if I were to take it to the place that deals with the warranty, they take $90 deposit, they will probably clean the carb and it will run again, there goes my $90 and probably more if they want to make more money, so I took it apart clean everything out and started in one pulled, however this year, I am going to have to do this whole drill again, really suck, piece of garbage these lawn mowers are. I am very tempted to take it to the warranty place but I know I will regret it lol
