Hi lovely I like your videos and your meal ideas. I go to SW group and your baby belles the light ones which is the ones you showed you can have 3 of them the full fat ones the red ones is 2. What I do is il have 2 at lunch then if I feel a bit peckish later I’ll have the 3rd. 😊
