    You should be grateful for your uncle to take care of you. Now you should accept Jesus our Lord Jesus Christ as your savior and he will forgive your sins through His representatives one Holy Catholic Church. God bless you, your brother Ed!

    Weirdest Cambodians I’ve ever seen

      @saviyou  6 років тому

      What do you mean?

    • @OKletsgetitPodcast
      @OKletsgetitPodcast 6 років тому

      Savi You just way different from Cambodians out West where I’m from. I guess you guys never was exposed to real Cambodians. Some of what you guys do are soooo non Cambodian but you guys try.

    • @saviyou
      @saviyou  6 років тому +1

      I'll have to agree with you we're different than west coast khmer. We talk different and have different customs, but that's people in general, not just khmer. And I've been out West (before I started vlogging), quite a bit actually. I have friends in San Diego and family near Oakland. Khmer people in southern California are very different than Northern Cali. I appreciate the differences, it makes people more interesting to me. You ever been to Cambodia? I have. It's way different than any khmer people in the US.

    • @OKletsgetitPodcast
      @OKletsgetitPodcast 6 років тому

      Savi You you guys are definitely interesting to see. I like seeing Cambodians from all around the world but i never knew about Lebanon till I started watching ur vids

    • @saviyou
      @saviyou  6 років тому

      Yea around here aren't too many Cambodians...we used to have a larger community but we're all spread out now. In Lebanon we are either related or we grew up together so many of the 2nd gen khmericans have married non-khmer so now a lot of the young kids are mixed. You even start to see it happening in the larger cities like Philadelphia. So when you see a lot of people getting together, we default to speaking english so that we aren't being rude to non-khmer speaking friends and spouses.

  • @superspiker82
    @superspiker82 6 років тому

    Kinda silly to say you don't know Khmer much and yet you don't even speak English all that fluent either.

    Ehhh tbh Cambodian food seems so blend

    • @saviyou
      @saviyou  7 років тому +1

      It's actually quite tasty but maybe looks a little boring because it came from decades of cooking for survival so it's not as refined as french or italian food.
