This has been my main problem from the start. In actual matches I start shooting before I micro correct to the enemy. It's been getting better but still happens and I miss so many easy shots because of it. I think it comes from stress and thinking you have zero time, while in reality you would kill them faster if you just aimed and then shot.

I struggle with this problem so hard, I dont know how to fix it. I tried playing deagle only deathmatch, because I have to aim at the head and hit with the first shot. But it didnt help much.

You can play a match and go into it without any intention to win. The only thing you focus on the whole game is to relax, breathe, and take your time aiming.
Things to notice are how tense your hands are. Mine tense up when im stressed, and it makes my mouse movements and ADAD bad

This is a huge problem for me, especially with cs being my first game I’ve learned on mouse and keyboard game. I have to remind myself very often not to just flick and hope it’s on their head but actually micro adjust 😅

That is by far my biggest issue as well. I just subconsciously think that I have to insta kill everyone or I will be deleted the next millisecond lmao. I will need to deliberately practice to get out of this bad habit. It would make me so much better.

Similar problem here. On DM or retakes my aim is much better than in actual matches. I think it's because i stress about having to kill the enemy, while on retakes there are no consequences if i kill someone or not. On actual matches, i panic and do unnecessary micro-movements and weird little aim adjustments. I have a much more tense hand and arm in real matches too

Visualization of actually being in the game while practicing is the key here 🔑
Gotta put the same pressure on yourself as youre in a real match
And since you’re obviously in a practice scenario the only way is to visualize 🪐

I'm quite a serious person myself in general so thats probaby just me projecting my own tone onto your text. Its hard to know what tone you want to convey at times with youtube comments.
