Mio papà arrivò da quella zona d'Italia (Trani) nel 1924, in fuga dal dopoguerra, portando con sé le sue tradizioni e tutta la sua bella gastronomia. Oggi, dopo 100 anni, le "straccinate a la cime di rape" (orecchiete), le "bracciole", la "foccacia barese", il "panzerotto" e tanti altri, sono cibi immancabili sulle tavole dei discendenti pugliesi, qui in Argentina. È in onore di quelle persone che se ne sono andate lasciandosi tutto alle spalle che scrivo questo commento. Questo bellissimo video mi mostra l'origine di tutte quelle prelibatezze nominate. Grazie.
Bravissimi. Pane e focacce sono eccezionali. Quando vengo ad Altamura faccio la "scorta". Anche gli altri prodotti: taralli, trecce,biscotti non sono da meno.
