Imagine if it took a plumber 8 minutes to observe a leaking hose and deciding to rectifying it. Or an electrician 8 minutes to observe a short circuit and deciding to switch off the mains

I am thinking that perhaps we have too many public servants, and that this leads to a diffusion of responsibility.
Our government is too big, although I’ve no doubt many public servants do an excellent job.
One of the respondents baulked at the idea of doing an audit, despite giving assurances of ensuring up-to-date information.
This harks back to your question: who is responsible, and what processes are in place to ensure that information is up-to-date?
The conclusion was somewhat wish-washy, but at least they were, for the most part, reasonably affable.
It will be interesting to see what information is provided to you, in notice.
Speaking of which, there should be somewhere on the website where we can read those submissions.

People rely on the thousands of public servants we pay (very highly) to keep all public websites up to date. Unacceptable. Maybe take some resources off the internal comms or DEI teams to do this?
