I have been listening to IF since Soundtrack to your escape was released and then went back to Clayman. I absolutely smashed that album back then but I have only recently rediscovered this song, particularly the guitar solo, I honestly don't remember it being this good! It is now one of my most favourite songs from them
One of my favorite track from the best album of In Flames in my humble opinion. I think its like you said, they tease you with the breaks, the slowdown and aggression. In many ways, this is a very similar record to Colony, but they just got the balance perfectly right for this I think. I like my In Flames songs with at least 75% aggression 😂.
Another great song! This used to be one of my favourite In Flames songs - and it's only no longer that because they have so many amazing songs, and whichever's my favourite ones keeps changing. ;) Speaking of heavy drum intros, you're gonna like "Brush the Dust Away"! :D
Interesting fact for you The drummer on Jester Race up through I believe it’s Come Clarity is the guitarist on Sound of a Playground Fading and newer albums He learned Jesper’s parts and took over when he left Bjarne is the man I can’t remember if Come Clarity or Sense of Purpose was Jesper’s last album
*Jesper Stromblad(guitarist) started the band , left after A Sense of Purpose due to issues with alcohol abuse *Bjorn was the drummer for The Jester Race album. Then he became a guitarist for the band for every other album. *Daniel Svensson was the drummer from Colony to Siren Charms, left to spend more time w/ family
@@TheCreativeKobold Does that mean that I can request songs? O do I have to be someone known to him? If i can request songs I have a lot of "newer" in flames song that i think he's gonna love
One of the most underrated song of IF!!! I love it!

@@_DZ_ I think these are the Patreon requests
How much moneys for a request?
Honestly surprised you like current In Flames so much. I can't stand them anymore.
It's because it isn't bad. It may not be your taste anymore but for what it is and what they are going for? It's still great
Two newest albums have some really good songs actually.
