The SRT+ was my first Henry amp , a new spin on the classic and rare Vox AC10 Super Reverb Twin. The reverb and tremolo are to die for, just perfect the way this amp sits in a band mix. I’ve since purchased 2 additional Henry amps: a Vox AC30 type and a Dimblesque clone. Like JP Henry says, “ A great tone would be every number on the dial”... all his amps live up this standard. You just can’t go wrong with a Henry Amp. The looks I get, and inquiries at rehearsals and gigs, impress me, more so than any other amp I’ve owned, and I’ve owned some stellar classics.

A lot of modern tube amps are actually a hybrid of solid state components and tube. That's why the new Vox models are not like the original. However, continued tube production is in doubt right now..without good tubes..no Henry amps!

I use my SRT+ (2x10) in a studio setting. Mine has a Webber Blue Pup and a Webber Silver Bell which gives lots of sound options via mic placement. The SRT+ is pure gold in the studio - it produces a broad range of great sounds all of which are different from my other work horse amps. (VibroKing, SV20, Princeton, Champ, Mesa Cali Tweed). It's a great diversifying amp. Used daily, it never misses a beat. Well built. Given how much I use it, the SRT+ is a great value in my opinion.

That treble boost tone was spectacular. Fascinating Jack and the skill is in those fingers.

Thank you kindly! The treble booster really did nail that classic tone didn’t it.
