Great video, beautiful Boxster S 550 and nice driving! And the cocoa brown interior, I just love it. Reupholstered parts will take some time until they color match the "aged" leather.
I assume the dealer did the key work? How much did it run? My keyless quit years ago and I really wish it worked again. BTW, what stereo do you have in the car?
Programming was $135 at a Porsche Indy shop near me. You’ll need to buy a new keyfob with the programming key paper attached. The stereo is the PCCM unit directly from Porsche! Works flawlessly. It gives you wired CarPlay. I added a wireless CarPlay adapter from Amazon.

Looks like a blast! I just picked up a 986 and I can’t wait to do some autocross in it
Ton of fun! The 986 is right at home out there. You won’t be disappointed!
better to get the leather repaired than fully reupholstered !
Thanks for the heads up. I’m talking with some local automotive upholstery shops now.
like the sound, Does the headers do any differance
Stock headers, catless secondary pipes, and the circuit werks v2 muffler. I tried some cheap eBay headers, but they didn’t fit.
