@powerlift22 I think I'll be doing a tutorial for "The End" from Come Around Sundown too. I'll have a few more technique tutorials as well. Stay tuned :)
@mckenneyjoe It's in standard tuning, just sounds a bit brighter because the Uke is made of Asacia wood. Thanks for checking out the video, more coming soon!
Thank you for a great tutorial. Been looking for some new strums for a Kamaka six string I bought recently. When it's ready I'll post it. Once again thanks for the tutoriall
Very cool...how do you like the Baritone? I've never really played one before. Love the Aquila strings. I also like the Ko'olau Mahana strings. Happy ukin'
hey man, great tutorial sounds really nice maybe you can send me a link to the video with the strumming pattern cause i can't find it. should appreciate it a lot man
I actually played guitar for years before picking up the ukulele. Some of the techniques transferred over and others I picked up through watching UA-cam videos. Why? It was really just coincidence that I picked it up one day in a music store and fell in love with it. It definitely was not planned. Do you play yourself? -Kp
yes I used to have dreams of four string guitars right around the time I started playing guitar; Just last year, I was strolling around on UA-cam, and saw all this ukulele Talent and tutorials, then I wondered why I didn't learn to play the ukulele first, so I went and bought my first Tenor ukulele, I play it more often than I do my guitar, I like the ukulele because it has that acoustic organ sound, if there ever was such a thing, it's just really different if you play it the way it's supposed to be played
