This song makes me cry every single time I listen to it. When this song was released my father was out of work for over a year thanks to the recession and my mother was on her death bed thanks to swine flu, sepsis and severe pneumonia. This song kept me strong through some of the toughest times in my life. By the grace of God and Kings of Leon my father found work and my mother made a full recovery when everything was against us. Amazing how something you hear can cause such an emotional breakdown.

When I was a kid I moved to Indiana and went into middle school I was bullied there and we shortly became homeless so of course the bullying got worse because I stunk from not showering.
